청소년 기업가정신 교육 환경 조성을 위한 방안 연구 (A Study on the Plan for Creating a Youth Entrepreneurship Education Environment)

초록

이 연구의 목적은 청소년의 기업가정신 함양을 위하여 교육 환경을 마련하고 청소년 기업가정신 교육을 활성화하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 조사 연구를 실시하였다. 조사 연구의 대상은 기업가정신 교육 전문 연수에 참여한 100명이며, 불성실하게 응답한 설문지를 제외한 총 92부를 자료 분석에 활용하였다. 기업가정신 교육 요구도를 조사하기 위한 조사도구 개발을 위하여 문헌고찰을 하여 8개 영역의 30개의 요소를 도출하였으며, 도출된 내용은 전문가를 통해 내용 타당도 검증하여 개발하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 통해 분석하였으며, 교육 요구도는 Borich의 교육 요구도를 통해 분석하였다. 분석 내용은 필요 수준, 현재수준, 교육 요구도를 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 기업가정신 교육에 대한 모든 영역에서 교육 요구도가 평균 4.94점 이상으로 높게 나타나 기업가정신과 관련하여 교사들에게 교육적 강화의 필요성이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 현재 학교에서 기업가정신 관련 교육과정, 교사 전문성, 교육 환경, 교육 지원, 구성원들의 인식 등 모든 교육 환경이 미흡하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 학교장을 비롯한 학교 구성원의 기업가정신에 대한 협업, 전담교사제와 같은 교사지원, 기업가정신 교육과정 개발, 교육과정 실행에 따른 교사의 전문성 확보, 전문성 확보를 위한 교사 연수 지원, 기타 교육 환경 및 시설 확보 등의 교육 환경이 강화되어야 함을 알 수 있다. 특히 학교 교육에 있어 교육 수요자인 학습자의 경우, 학부모의 인식은 매우 중요하다. 기업가정신 교육에 대하여 학부모의 인식 및 사회의 인식이 변화하기 위해서는 기업가정신의 올바른 개념 정립과 이에 따른 홍보가 필요하다. 특히 학부모의 경우, 학교 행사에 참여함으로써 기업가정신 교육에 대하여 올바른 인식을 가질 수 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of this research was educational needs of experts for revitalizing youth entrepreneurship education and creating effective conditions for such education. The subjects of the survey were chosen 100 teachers who had participated in entrepreneurship-related professional training for teachers were selected and surveyed. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected, of which 92 (92.00%) were used for the analysis. Eight were excluded as they were not properly answered. As for the used survey tool, a total of 8 areas and 30 items were derived from the review of the literature, and the validity of the contents was examined through expert meetings. The data were analyzed using the SPSS (ver. 20.0) statistical program. The analysis was conducted in terms of the required competency level, perceived competency level and educational needs. As for the used analytical methods, first, the averages of the required competency level and perceived competency level were calculated and the education needs were calculated using Borich's formula, and then the averages were compared through paired -test.
The results turned out to be statistically significant (p<.000). The details are as follows: As a result of the calculation of the educational needs the educational needs in all areas turned out to be very high with the average being 4.94 points, which indicates that the teachers strongly feel the need for educational strengthening in relation to entrepreneurship.
These results show that all the educational conditions such as entrepreneurship-related curriculum, teacher professionalism, educational environment, educational support and the perception among school community members are insufficient in the current school settings. For the improvement of the current status, the education conditions in the following areas should be improved: the cooperation from school community members including principals, teacher support such as an exclusive responsibility teacher system, the development of an entrepreneurship curriculum, the securing of teacher professionalism through the implementation of the curriculum, teacher training support for the enhancement of their professionalism and the provision of educational environment and facilities. For enhancing the perception of parents and society regarding entrepreneurship, it is necessary to establish the precise concept of entrepreneurship and promote it based on such work.
