Q방법론을 적용한 어린이집 원장의 이미지 (Q Image of daycare center director applied with methodology)

초록

본 연구는 교사들이 인식하는 어린이집 원장의 이미지가 어떠한지를 알아보고 원장에 대한 교사의 요구를 파악하였으며, 어린이집 운영주체별로 분석하여 각 유형별 어린이집 교사가 인식하는 어린이집 원장 이미지를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 현재 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사를 대상으로 QUANL program에 의한 주요인분석방법으로 분석하였다. 어린이집 원장에 관련된 선행연구를 통해 40개의 Q표본을 선정하여 수집된 어린이집 원장의 이미지는 3개의 유형으로 나타났으며, 총 52.84%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 각 유형별 설명력은 제 1유형이 36.17%, 제 2유형이 12.57%, 제 3유형이 4.10%였다. 제 1유형의 특성을 분석한 결과 교사와의 관계에서 민주적으로 소통하며 교사의 의사를 존중하는 이미지로 ‘민주적 조화형’으로 명명하였으며, 제 2유형에 속한 어린이집 원장의 이미지는 어린이집을 관리하는 사람, 행정적, 안전 관리자로 느끼는 것으로 인식하여 ‘관리적 업무형’으로 명명하였다. 제 3유형에 속한 어린이집 원장의 이미지는 교사에게 엄격하고 평가하는 이미지로 파악하여 ‘권위적 주도형’으로 명명하였다. 또한 제 1유형인 민주적 조화형은 가정어린이집이 제일 많았으며 제 2유형인 관리적 업무형은 국공립어린이집과 법인어린이집이 동일한 수로 제일 많았다. 제 3유형인 권위적 주도형에서는 법인어린이집이 많았다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to find out how nursery school teachers think about nursery school image and what kind of requirements they have and to provide basic data necessary for nursery director 's professional development.It is important to look at the image of the nursery director as it is important to know the current address of the nursery.The research problems are as follows 1. What is the type of subjective attitude of kindergarten teachers about the image of the nursery director? 2. What is the difference between the subjective attitude of nursery teachers and the image of the nursery director depending on the kindergarten type?This study was conducted using Q methodology and was conducted by 44 teachers at daycare centers in Busan. Data collected from P samples were scored and processed using QUANL program. The obtained structure was rotated by OBLIMAX ROTATION method to calculate the final factor structure.
The findings of this study can be summarized as follows First, the subjective attitude of childcare teachers to the image of the nursery director was extracted as three types. The first type is' democratic harmony ', the second type is' administrative work type', and the third type is' Respectively.Second, the characteristics of nursery school teachers' subjective attitude toward the image of the nursery director were classified according to the nursery school type. The characteristics of the first type nursery school type were as follows: 9 out of 16 institution types were nursery teachers working at home nursery, 3 people, 2 public and 2 private, 2 corporations were not included in Type 1. In this study, rather than revealing the director 's image as good or bad, the director himself thinks about his own image and sees himself as the basis of the image. Also, it is necessary to make efforts to develop programs related to professional development of various directors such as education, training, and leadership development for the director for the democratic organizational culture in relation with the teacher.
