조선족 전통악기 전승에 관한 실태연구: 연길 흥안초등학교를 중심으로 (A Study on the Transmission of Korean Traditional Musical Instruments: Xing'an Elementary School Yanji City)

초록

전통문화를 보전하고 전승하는 것은 모든 나라와 민족의 역사적인 사명이라고 본다. 물질문화가 발전하고 있는 현대 사회의 많은 나라들에서는 본국의 고유한 전통문화를 발굴하고 전승하는 것을 새로운 시대적 과제로 삼고 있다. 중국에서도 새로운 세기에 들어서면서 중화민족의 전통문화를 정확하고도 넓게 전승하기 위하여 국가적인 차원에서 "비물질 문화유산(非物质文化遗产, 이하 무형문화재)"로 지정하고 물심양면으로 지지와 지원을 아끼지 않고 있다. 그리하여 그 전승 폭이 사회 여러 방면에서 활발히 전개되고 있고 그 중심에는 각급의 초·중학교가 있다. 각급 학교들은 국가의 교육정책과 방침을 적극적으로 따르고 호응하며 각 민족들은 자기의 고유전통문화들을 전승하고 있는 현시점에서 중국 조선족들도 많은 면에서 큰 성과들을 이룩하고 있다. 조선족의 전통문화를 정확하고도 효율적으로 전승하는 것은 조선족들이 전통문화를 지속적으로 전수하는 면에서 매우 중요한 문제이고 이것을 실천으로 옮기는 데에는 방법론적인 문제가 더욱 중요하다고 본다．
전통문화를 보급하고 전승함에 있어서 적지 않은 불리한　조건들에 직면하고 있는데 그중 그 문화의 우수성과 문화를 보급할 수 있는 여건들이 매우 중요하다고 본다. 특히 초·중학교를 기반으로 문화를 보급할 수 있는 여건을 조성하여 문화의 우수성을 잘 전승하려면 많은 노력들이 필요하다. 하지만 더욱 큰 어려움들이 첩첩산중으로 쌓여 있어 힘든 점들이 적지 않다. 즉 전통문화를 전승할 수 있는 전체적인 큰 기류에 적응하고 자기 민족의 전통문화를 전승하려는 의지와 지역사회의 환경과 전문적으로 끌고 갈 사람들이 있어야 하며 그러한 전통문화를 배우려고 하는 사람들이 있어야 한다. 또한 역사적 책임감과 민족적 자부심도 있어야 한다. 이상과 같은 다방면의 조건들이 충족될 때만이 좋은 전통문화도 올바르게 좋은 문화로 후세에 전해질 수 있고 중국의 소수민족으로 살아가는 조선족 전통문화도 정확하게　전승되어 나아갈 수 있으며 그 명맥을 이어갈 수 있다.
본 논문에서는 여러 가지 여건이 좋지 않은 상황에서 조선족 전통악기인 '저대'를 올바른 방법으로 전승하고자 노력해 나가는 연길시 흥안초등학교의 실태를 종합해 보고 그들이 거둔 성과와 활동의 특성을 밝혀내려고 한다.

영어초록

Preserving and transmitting traditional culture is the historical mission of all nations and nations. In modern society, with the development of material culture, many countries are making discovering and transmitting their own traditional culture as a task of the new era. As China enters a new century, traditional culture has been designated as "non-material cultural heritage" (hereinafter referred to as Intangible Cultural Property)at the national level to transmit it widely and precisely and support is provided in every way. Accordingly, small and medium-sized elementary and middle schools of various levels actively unfolded many activities. Each level of schools actively follows and responds to the education policy, and each ethnic minority is passing on their own traditional cultures. As for now, Korean Chinese are also making significant achievements in many ways. Precise and efficient transmission of Korean Chinese traditional culture is essential for Korean Chinese to pass on the traditional culture. Also, the methodological approach is even more important to put it into action. Although there are several unfavorable conditions in disseminating and transmitting traditional culture, the excellence of culture and the circumstances for passing over the culture are especially important. In particular, there are a lot of challenges to transmit traditional culture in elementary and middle schools. To convey traditional culture, professional leaders who could lead the local community are a must, along with the strong will of transmitting the traditional culture, and people who are willing to learn are also required. In other words, three components are essential to complete the task. Also, a sense of historical responsibility and national pride could not be absent as well. Only when the above-described various conditions have been satisfied, outstanding traditional culture can be imparted to the next generations precisely. As a minority in China, Korean Chinese traditional culture can be transmitted and continue its prestige as well. In this study, we examine the features and achievements of activities of Xing'an Elementary School Yanji City comprehensively, which strives to pass down the traditional Korean instrument, a cross flute (Jeotdae), in an accurate way under the various unfavorable conditions.
