초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among referee stress, burnout and presentism.
For this purpose, a sample of 270 Taekwondo referees from Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, which is operated by the Korea Taekwondo Association, was selected. A total of 256 data were used for the final analysis, except for 16 data that lacked consistency in responses. The survey tool used the questionnaires revised and supplement in the previous research, and researchers visited and collected the data. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling using SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0 programs. The results of this study were as follows.
First, referee stress had a significant positive effect on job burnout. Second, the referee stress had a positive effect on the presentism. Third, the burnout of the referee did not have a significant effect on the presentism. Through the results of this study, it is meaningful to provide basic data that can contribute to the improvement of job environment and job efficiency for the treatment of Taekwondo referees.
