초록

Cracks, breakages, poor finishing of penetrations, water retention on the floor, no stair installation, deposits in drainage channels, and opening of opening and closing valves were identified in the analysis of outdoor tank storage. When diesel was 20°C, the average viscosity was 2.8595 mPa·s, and SK Energy diesel was measured the highest at 2.9724 mPa·s. In measuring the density according to the temperature change of diesel, it was analyzed that Hyundai Oilbank's diesel was higher than that of other refiners.
When the diesel temperature was 20°C, the average density was 0.8229 g/cm3 , and Hyundai Oilbank measured the highest at 0.8253 g/cm3 . By applying SEEP/W, the penetration amount of diesel leaked into the dike made of 0.05 mm soil and the cumulative penetration amount penetrated into the dike in the analysis of the penetration pattern increased gradually over time. In addition, diesel began to penetrate the surface inside the dike and dike, and when 18 hours passed, it penetrated to about 1.3 meters from the surface. And as the amount of penetration increased, it affected the underground water surface 4 meters deep from the surface, and the groundwater level rose. After 168 hours, an oil layer mixed with diesel and groundwater was formed from the surface of the outer wall of the dike to a depth of 4 meters and a distance of 9 meters
