초록

부동산 중개업자는 공인중개사의 업무 및 부동산거래신고법에 따라 중개사무소를 개설 등록하여 건물 토지 입목 광업재단 공장재단 등의 중개를 업으로 하는 자로서 부동산 중개를 업으로 하다 보니까 거래 알선과 관련하여 다양한 민사, 형사, 행정 사건에 관련되어지게 된다.
