쌍방향 범죄피해자 보호서비스에 대한 기술수용모델 적용 (Application of technology acceptance model for interactive crime victim protection service)

초록

이 연구의 목적은 ‘쌍방향 범죄피해자 보호서비스’의 수혜대상으로 기대되는 범죄피해자의 서비스 사용의사를 확인하고, 기술수용모델의 적용 가능성을 검토하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2019년 8월부터 9월까지 전국 255개 경찰서에서 신변보호 서비스를 제공받은 범죄피해자 403명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 구조방정식모델 분석을 실시하였다.
분석결과 첫째, 지각된 편리성은 지각된 유용성과 사용태도에 정(+)적 영향을 미치며, 지각된 유용성은 사용태도와 사용의사에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또, 사용태도는 사용의사에 정(+)적 영향을 미침으로써 전통적 기술수용모델의 설명을 모두 충족하는 것으로 확인하였다. 둘째, 서비스 욕구는 지각된 유용성에는 정(+)적 영향을 갖지만, 지각된 편리성에 대해서는 유의미한 영향관계를 확인할 수 없었다. 하지만, 디자인 평가는 지각된 유용성과 지각된 편리성 모두에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 서비스의 유용성에 대해서는 피해자의 서비스 욕구 수준이 높을수록, 디자인에 대한 평가가 만족스러울수록, 서비스의 사용이 수월하다고 생각할수록 유용한 서비스라는 인식이 높았고, 편리성과 유용성에 대한 인식은 다시 호의적인 사용태도를 갖게 하는 것으로 해석된다. 더불어 서비스 활용의사는 유용성과 사용태도에 따라 정적 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 분석결과와 관련하여 향후 서비스 적용과 관련된 제언 및 후속 연구방향을 제시하였다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to confirm the behavioral intention to use the service of crime victims expected to benefit from the “Interactive Crime Victim Protection Service” and to review the applicability of the technology acceptance model. For the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted from August 1st to September 30th, 2019, targeting 403 crime victims who received personal protection services at 255 police stations nationwide. In addition, the measurement model and the research model were analyzed through the structural equation model.
As a result of the analysis, first, it was confirmed that perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness and attitude toward using, and perceived usefulness had a positive effect on use attitude and intention to use. In addition, it was confirmed that the attitude toward using had a positive effect on the behavioral intention to use, thereby satisfying all the explanations of the traditional technology acceptance model. Second, service desire had a positive effect on perceived usefulness, but a significant influence relationship could not be confirmed on perceived ease of use. However, design evaluation had a positive effect on both perceived usefulness and perceived ease. Third, as for the usefulness of the service, the higher the level of service desire of the victim, the more satisfactory the design evaluation, and the easier it was, the higher the perception that the service was useful. Also, the perception of ease and usefulness is interpreted to lead to a favorable attitude toward using. In addition, it was analyzed that the intention to use the service had a positive effect according to the usefulness and attitude of use.
In relation to the analysis results, implications were drawn and suggestions related to actual service application in the future were made.
