청소년 기업가정신과 긍정심리자본이 기업가적 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Youth Entrepreneurship and positive psychological capital Toward Entrepreneurial Intention)

초록

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 기업가정신과 긍정심리자본이 기업가적 의도에 미치는 영향과 그 사이에서 기업가정교육 만족도가 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 청소년 기업가정신 교육프로그램에 참여한 중학생 202명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 조절회귀분석 연구방법을 활용하여 기업가정신, 긍정심리자본이 기업가적 의도에 미치는 영향 및 기업가정신교육 만족도의 조절 효과 여부를 실증분석했다.
연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 기업가정신의 혁신성과 긍정심리자본의 회복탄력성, 낙관주의는 기업가적 의도에 통계적으로 유의미하게 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기업가정신 교육만족도는 청소년 기업가정신(위험감수성, 진취성), 긍정심리자본(회복탄력성, 희망)과 기업가적 의도와의 관계에서 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 청소년의 기업가정신과 긍정심리자본이 기업가정신교육을 통해 기업가적 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 규명했다는 점이다. 향후 청년창업을 활성화하기 위해서 청소년 시기 기업가적 의도를 높일 수 있는 다양한 청소년 대상 기업가정신교육프로그램이 학교에 체계적으로 보급되고 교육되어야겠다. 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구 방향을 제시해 보면 다음과 같다. 본 연구는 서울의 중학교 1학년들 대상으로 연구가 수행되었기 때문에 연구결과를 일반화시키기에는 한계점이 있다. 후속 연구에서는 청소년 대상 전국단위의 패널데이터를 통해 연구결과를 검증할 필요가 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of youth entrepreneurship and positive psychological capital on entrepreneurial intentions and the effect of satisfaction with entrepreneurship education therebetween. To this end, 202 middle school students who participated in the youth entrepreneurship education program were empirically analyzed for the effect of entrepreneurship and positive psychological capital on entrepreneurial intention and the moderating effect of entrepreneurship education satisfaction. The findings are as follows. First, the innovativeness of youth entrepreneurship, the resilience of positive psychological capital, and optimism had a statistically significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, it was found that entrepreneurship education satisfaction was found to play a moderating role in the relationship between youth entrepreneurship (Risk-taking, Proactiveness), positive psychological capital (resilience, hope), and entrepreneurial intention. The implication of the study is that it has been identified that adolescents' entrepreneurship and positive psychological capital have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurship education. In order to revitalize youth start-ups in the future, various entrepreneurship education programs for adolescents that can increase entrepreneurial intentions during adolescence should be systematically distributed and educated in schools.
The limitations of this study and future research directions are as follows. First, Because this study was conducted on first-year middle school students in Seoul, there is a limitation in generalizing the research results. In subsequent studies, it is necessary to verify the research results through panel data at the national level for adolescents.
