4차 산업혁명 시대의 초등학교 식생활교육에서 포용적 식생활교육의 역할과 과제 (The Role and Task of Inclusive Dietary Life Education in Elementary School Dietary Life Education in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution)

초록

우리나라 식생활교육은 크게 달라지고 있다. 변화의 시작은 2009년 제정된 식생활교육지원법일 것이다. 비록 학교 식생활교육이 독립교과로 승격된 것은 아니었지만, 국가에서 5년마다식생활교육 기본 계획을 수립하여 시행해야 한다는 것 자체가 큰 의미를 지니는 것이었다.
이런 학교 식생활교육이 또 다른 전환기를 맞이하고 있다. 2015년 제70차 유엔총회에서는‘지속가능 발전 목표(Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs)’를 채택하며 우리의 식생활교육에‘지속가능한 발전’이라는 초국가적 담론의 화두를 던져주었고, 2016년 스위스 다보스에서 열린세계경제포럼(World Economic Forum/WEF)은 4차 산업혁명을 주요 의제로 삼으며, 인류 문명은 모든 것이 인터넷으로 연결되는 유비쿼터스의 시대에 접어들 것이라고 예고했다. 유엔이정한 새로운 아젠더와 4차 산업혁명에 따른 문명의 디지털 전환은 우리가 지금까지 먹고(食), 살고(生), 활동(活)했던 삶의 방식을 근본적으로 바꿀 기세로 확산되고 있으며, 이것은 학교 식생활교육에도 큰 영향을 끼치고 있다.
이런 상황에서 우리의 학교 식생활교육이 우리 사회의 미래인 어린이를 위한 것이라면, 그교육은 그들이 4차 산업혁명의 기술 혁신에 적응하며, 지속가능한 식생활교육의 가치를 실현할수 있는 방향으로 실행되어야 한다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 첫째, 학교 식생활교육에서 지속가능한 교육의 현실과 전망을 살펴보고, 둘째, 4차 산업혁명이 초래한 교육의 디지털 전환에 직면한 학교 식생활교육의 딜레마를 진단하고, 셋째, 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 지속가능한 식생활교육의 가능성을 학습자의 핵심역량 함양에 중점을 두는 포용적 식생활교육에서 찾아 보았다.

영어초록

Dietary life education in Korea is changing significantly. The beginning of change will be the Dietary Life Education Support Act enacted in 2009. Although dietary life education was not promoted to an independent subject, it was very meaningful that the government had to establish and implement a basic Dietary Life Education Plan every five years.
Now the school dietary life education is facing another turning point. The UN adopted the Sustainable Development Goals at the 70th General Assembly in 2015 and imposed a transnational discourse on our dietary life education. The World Economic Forum (WEF) held in Davos, Switzerland in 2016 made the 4th industrial revolution a major agenda, and predicted that human civilization would enter an ubiquitous era where everything is connected to the Internet. The new agenda set by the UN and the digital transformation of civilization based on the 4th industrial revolution is spreading with the momentum to fundamentally change the way of life that we have experienced so far. It has a huge impact on our school dietary life education.
In this situation, if our school dietary life education is for children who are the main target of education and the future of our society, that education should be implemented in a way that enables them to adapt to the technological innovation of the 4th industrial revolution and realize the value of sustainable dietary life education. To this end, first, we have diagnosed the reality and prospects of sustainable dietary life education in Korea school; second, we have analyzed the dilemma of school dietary life education that would not ignore the technological innovation of the 4th industrial revolution; third, we have searched for the possibility of sustainable dietary life education in the era of the 4th industrial revolution in inclusive dietary life education, which focuses on cultivating the core competencies of learners.
