실과교육과 손잡이 분류를 위한 손 활동에 대한 연구 (Study on Practical Arts Education and Hand Activities for Handle Classification)

초록

손잡이의 특수성에 구애 받지 않는 실과교육으로 통해 실과교육의 교육적 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제안하기 위해 실과교육에서 손잡이에 따른 교육의 필요성 및 방안은 실과교육에 관련된 저서, 연구논문 등을 참고로 분석하였다. 손잡이 분류 방법의 손 활동을 중심으로 실과교육과정의 교육활동을 분석한 연구는 2009 교육과정 실과 6종 교과서 12권의 교육내용, 삽화, 사진 등의 자료를 바탕으로 실과의 학문 영역별로 각 학문 영역의 대단원들을 중심으로 손잡이 분류 방법의 손 활동을 분석하여 고찰하였다.
실과교육과정의 교육활동과 손잡이 분류 방법의 손 활동들의 연관 정도를 실과의 학문 영역별로 분석해 본 결과, ‘가정관리’ 교육영역의 교육활동에서는 7개, ‘식생활’ 교육영역의 교육활동에서는 12개, ‘의생활’ 교육영역의 교육활동에서는 5개, ‘기술과학’ 교육영역의 교육활동에서는 5개, ‘생명과학’ 교육영역의 교육활동에서는 6개, ‘정보통신’ 교육영역의 교육활동에서는 2개, ‘진로’ 교육영역의 교육활동에서는 5개의 손잡이 분류 활동과 관련한 손 활동이 있었다. 학문영역별로 볼 때, ‘식생활’ 교육영역이 12개로 손잡이 분류 방법의 손 활동이 가장 많았고, 다음으로 ‘가정관리’ 교육영역이 7개, ‘생명과학’ 교육영역이 6개, ‘의생활’ 교육영역이 5개, ‘기술과학’ 교육영역이 5개, ‘진로’ 교육영역이 5개, ‘정보통신’ 교육영역이 2개의 순이었고, 실과교육과정의 교육영역 12개 대단원을 종합해 보면, 17개의 활동이 포함되어 있어 실과교육과정의 교육활동과 손잡이 분류 방법의 손 활동은 아주 높은 관계가 있다고 할 수 있다.
실과 교육활동들은 신체에서도 손의 조작 능력과 연관이 크고, 도구를 이용하여 생활의 문제를 스스로 해결할 수 있는 능력을 기르는 교육활동이 많아서 손잡이를 고려한 도구나 교육방법에 대한 준비나 연구의 필요성은 높다고 할 수 있다. 이를 위하여, 왼손잡이용 연필, 왼쪽으로 돌리는 연필 깍기, 왼손잡이용 연필 그립, 왼쪽에 스프링이 달린 노트, 왼손잡이용 가위, 왼쪽에서 0점이 시작되는 왼손잡이용 자, 왼손잡이용 칼, 왼손잡이용 칫솔, 왼손잡이용 식판, 왼손잡이용 글러브, 왼손잡이용 컴퓨터용 마우스와 컴퓨터 키보드 등의 왼손잡이를 위한 도구의 준비뿐만 아니라 도구 사용에 대한 지도가 필요하며, 이를 위한 교사양성기관의 지속적인 연구와 노력이 요구된다고 제언한다.

영어초록

In order to propose a method to enhance the educational effects of practical arts education through practical arts education that is not dependent on the specificity of the handles, the necessity and methods of education according to handles in practical arts education were analyzed with reference to books and research papers related to practical arts education. And, Analysis of practical arts education activities by hand activity of hand classification method was analyzed by analyzing hand activities based on the major parts of the practical arts education based on the contents of education, illustration, photographs in the 12 textbooks of the 2009 curriculum As a result of analyzing the relation between practical arts education activities and hand activities of handle classification methods, hand activities of Handle Classification activities were 7 in education activities of 'home management' education area, 12 in education activities of 'food life' education area, 5 in education activities of 'clothing life' education area, 5 in education activities of 'technical science' education area, 6 in education activities of 'life science' education area, 2 in education activities of 'information and communication' education area, 5 in education activities of 'career' education area.
According to the study area, there were 12 'food life' education area, followed by 7 'home management' education area, 6 'life science' education area, 5 'clothing science’ education area, 5 'technical science’ education area, 5 'career’ education area and 2 ‘information and communication’ education area. A total of twelve chapters of the practical arts curriculum included 17 activities. The practical arts education is highly related to the hand activities of the handle classification method.
Practical arts education activities are highly related to hand manipulation ability. And, practical arts have many educational activities to develop the ability to solve problems of life by using tools. Therefore, there is a high need for preparation and research for tools and training methods that take into consideration handles.
For this purpose, it suggests the preparationof tools as well as the use of tools for left-handedness, the ongoing research and efforts of teacher training institutions. Tools for left-handedness include left-handed pencils, left-handed pencil sharpeners, left-handed pencil grips, left-handed springy notes, left-handed scissors, left-handed measures starting from the left, left-handed knives, Left-handed toothbrushes, left-handed plates, left-handed computer mouses and computer keyboards.
