초록

As overseas golf tourism has been restricted since the outbreak of COVID-19, the domestic golf industry is in its second heyday. Amid the continuing growth of the golf market, golf courses, which used to be centered on membership golf courses, are rapidly shifting their operations to public golf courses. The purpose of this study is to raise opinions on the analysis of leisure sports consumers’ perception of public golf courses and the revitalization of facilities, focusing on big data. The collection period for unstructured data was July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. A total of 4,760 words were collected, and social network analysis and semantic network analysis were conducted for the final 60 words. As a result, first, terms such as membership, golf, benefits, courses, holes, taxes, green fees, and usage showed high frequency. Second, the CONCOR analysis revealed five clusters of two central clusters and three surrounding clusters. Various academic and practical implications were presented in the results and measures to revitalize public golf courses.
