불안정 애착 영유아에 관한 이해이론 적용 가능성 탐색 (Exploring the Applicability of Understanding Theory to Insecurely Attached Infants and Toddlers)

초록

이 연구는 불안정 애착 영유아에 대해 이해이론에 기반을 두어 심리운동지원 가능성을 탐색해 보는 것이다. 전 생애발달과정에 영향을 미치는 영유아기의 애착형성에 대해 Bowlby의 애착이론에서는 인간의 심리 내부에 자신과 양육자에 대한 인지적 모델인 내부작동모델(Internal working model)에 대해 알아보고, Ainsworth의 애착이론에서는 애착의 유형을 알아봄으로써 불안정 애착관계에 놓인 영유아의 움직임과 특성에 대해 제시하였다. 움직임을 기반으로 하는 심리운동에서 해석학, 현상학, 심층해석학, 변증법을 토대로 인간을 이해하고자 하는 Seewald의 이해이론을 설명하였다. 이 두 이론 사이의 연결을 통해 양육자와 애착관계가 영유아 발달에 지대한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 불안정 애착 영유아를 위한 심리운동지원에 활용할 수 있는 이해이론의 관점으로 자율성과 패배, 배변과 창조, 언어습득환경, 욕구제어와 분별력 등에 대한 다양한 상황과 활동도 제시하여 영유아의 움직임의 의미를 양육자가 적극적으로 이해하는 노력이 선행되어야 함을 강조하였다. 접촉과 움직임이 절대적 영향을 미치는 영유아의 발달특성상 몸을 통한 상향식 접근법(Bottom-Up)과 함께 영유아의 다양한 언어‧비언어적 표현에 대한 의미 찾기와 이해에 초점을 맞춘 하향식 접근법(Top-down)의 통합적 접근을 고려하였다. 이처럼 이해이론은 애착이론과 함께 영유아와 양육자의 애착 관계에 대한 보다 심층적이고 다각적인 이해를 모색하였다.

영어초록

This study explores the possibility of psychomotor support for insecurely attached infants and toddlers based on understanding theory. Bowlby's attachment theory examines the internal working model, which is a cognitive model of oneself and caregivers within human psychology, regarding the formation of attachment in infancy and early childhood, which affects the entire life development process, and Ainsworth's attachment theory. presented the movements and characteristics of infants and toddlers in insecure attachment relationships by examining the types of attachment. Seewald's theory of understanding, which seeks to understand humans based on hermeneutics, phenomenology, deep hermeneutics, and dialectics, in movement-based psychological movements, was explained. Through the connection between these two theories, it was found that attachment relationships with caregivers have a significant impact on infant and toddler development. From the perspective of understanding theory that can be used in psychomotor support for insecurely attached infants and toddlers, we also present various situations and activities on autonomy and defeat, toileting and creativity, language acquisition environment, desire control and discernment, etc., so that caregivers can understand the meaning of infants and toddlers' movements. It was emphasized that efforts to actively understand should come first. Due to the developmental characteristics of infants and young children, in which touch and movement have an absolute influence, we considered an integrated approach of a bottom-up approach through the body as well as a top-down approach that focuses on finding meaning and understanding of infants' various verbal and non-verbal expressions. In this way, understanding theory, along with attachment theory, sought a more in-depth and multifaceted understanding of the attachment relationship between infants and their caregivers.
