중국 웨딩 메이크업에 표현된 이미지 유형별 색채에 관한 연구 (On the Color Type of Image Applied in Bridal Makeup in China)

초록

The China witnesses today a growing tendency among young people to prefer a western wedding to a traditional one; in the wedding make-up individually unique personality is increasingly more popular than seemingly simple beauty. There has been various studies on the wedding makeup, with few on chinese women. In addition, their lack of color measurement limites their usability for right color data by image. Therefore, in this study, brides’ images in wedding make-up searched on Chinese beauty websites on a decade basis from the 1990s to the 2010s are classified into three categories - natural, romantic or elegant ones–with the purpose of examining the image trend in the chinese bridal makeup and collecting and analysing the right makeup color data applicable to wedding makeup by image. The make-up colors are so measured as to be put into the Adjective Image Scale for color analysis for the right make-up by category. The findings of this study show that the appropriate colors for natural image of make-up range from 1.5R7.5, 1R7/6, 9R7/5, 9R6/7, 3YR7/4, 5YR7/5, 4YR8/4, 2YR7/6, 8R8/3, 7R8/4, 2YR8/5 to 9R8/5, and that the suitable colors for elegant image extend from 1YR7/5, 9R7/4, 5R5/8, 8R7/5, 3YR7/5, 8RP7/7, 7R7/5, 3R6/7 to 7R7/6, and that the proper colors for romantic image run the gamut from 9RP6/10, 6RP6/10, 7R6/10, 6R7/9, 4RP6/8 to 1R6/11.
