초록

그리스도의 권력은 성경 안에서 다양한 모습으로 해석될 수 있다. 본고에서는 지금 교회에 존속하는 권력의 법적 토대가 성경에 있으며 그것은 그리스도의 권력이 사도들에게 전달되었다는 사실을 전제로 한다. 그리고 지금교회 안에 권력의 속성과 행사 및 참여에 관한 쟁점들을 고려하여 그리스도의 권력을 연구해 보았다. 그리스도로부터 사도들에게 이어온 단일하고 거룩한 권력의 개념과 그것이 교회법 체계 안에서 성품권과 관할권으로 구분되는 가운데 발생하는 그리스도 권력 속성의 차이점이 본 논의의 첫 장을구성하고 있다. 단일하고 거룩한 권력이 현실 적용 차원의 법체계에서 성품권과 관할권이라는 두 개념으로 분화됨에 따라 발생하는 문제들과 특별히그리스도의 권력이 성품권, 성품성사를 통해서만 존재하는 것인가 하는 의문들을 중점적으로 다루어 보았다. 이 그리스도 권력의 ‘속성’ 문제는 권력의 ‘행사’와 ‘참여’라는 주제와 함께 고려할 때 더 선명하게 이해될 수 있었다. 그리스도의 권력이 전달될 당시 교회의 작은 규모에 비해 현대 교회는규모 면에서 크게 확장되었고 그 적용을 받는 세상도 역동적이고 다양하게변화되었다. 이에 따라 평신도의 교회 역할이 자연스럽게 시대의 요청으로중요해졌다는 점과 이를 고려했던 제2차 바티칸 공의회의 거룩한 권력, 친교 및 시노달리타스의 정신 그리고 그 정신에 따른 새 법전의 통치권에 관한 다양한 해석이 그리스도 권력의 속성과 행사 및 참여에 답을 제공할 수있을 것으로 기대한다.

영어초록

The power of Christ can be interpreted in various ways in the Bible. This paper presupposes that the legal basis of the power that now exists in the church is in the Bible, and that the power of Christ was transmitted to the apostles. And now, I have studied the power of Christ in consideration of the issues concerning the nature of power and its exercise and participation in the church. The difference between the concept of a single and holy power that has been passed down from Christ to the apostles and the attributes of Christ’s power that arises when it is divided into ordination and jurisdiction in the canon law system constitutes the first chapter of this discussion. I mainly focused on the problems that arise as the single and holy power is differentiated into two concepts, the power of ordination and jurisdiction, in the legal system at the level of actual application, and especially the question of whether the power of Christ exists only through the power of order, that is, the sacrament of order. The issue of the ‘attribute’ of this Christ's power could be understood more clearly when considered together with the themes of the ‘exercise’ and ‘participation’ of the power. Compared to the small size of the church at the time when the power of Christ was delivered, the modern church has greatly expanded in scale, and the world to which it is applied has also changed in a dynamic and diverse way. Accordingly, this study was conducted with the expectation that the fact that the role of the laity in the church naturally became important due to the demands of the times, and the spirit of holy power, communion and synodality of the Second Vatican Council, which took this into account, and the various interpretations of power of governance of the new code according to the Council’s spirit, would be able to provide an answer to the attributes, exercise and participation of Christ’s power.
