영아반 하루일과에서 나타나는 영아-교사상호작용의 양상과 그 의미 분석 (An Analysis on Meaning of Interaction Patterns between Infant - Child Care Teacher)

초록

본 연구는 영아반 하루일과에서 나타나는 영아와 교사의 상호작용 양상을 살펴보고, 영아교사와 영아가 느끼는 의미를 분석하고자 하였다. 서울과 충청남도 총 3곳의 어린이집 교사 7명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 2017년 3월 20일부터 2017년 5월 4일까지 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 5월 4일부터 6월 1일까지 자료 분석을 위해 연구자들이 수차례에 거쳐 전사한 내용을 읽어나가며 분류분석, 범주분석, 주제별 분류를 하였다. 자료 분석과정에서 해석의 타당성을 높이기 위해 유아교육 전문가 2인에게 동료검토 과정을 거쳤다. 영아반에서 영아-교사의 상호작용의 양상은 주도적인 선생님, 영아와 조율하는 선생님의 모습으로 살펴볼 수 있었다. 영아교사들은 영아와의 상호작용에 대한 이론과 실제 차이의 인식, 상호작용에 대한 어려움과 더불어, 다양한 딜레마 상황을 경험하고 있었다. 영아의 입장에서 살펴본 교사와의 상호작용은 내편이 되어주는 좋은 선생님과 내 맘을 몰라주는 미운 선생님으로 느끼기도 하였다. 영유아교육기관 현장에서 일어나는 상호작용의 질적 향상을 위해서는 영아와 현장에 대한 맥락적 이해가 필요하며 영유아교육기관의 온화한 분위기, 영아교사가 상호작용에 대한 올바른 인식과 실제적 접근을 위한 교사교육이 필요하다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

The study looked at the interaction patterns of infants and teachers in the daily routine of the day and tried to analyze the meaning of infant teachers and infants. Three of the total of seven children in Seoul and Chungcheong Province were selected as participants in the survey and collected data through in-depth interviews and in-depth interviews. For data analysis, researchers read and analyzed the contents of the transcription several times over the past several years.

The infant teacher was aware of many conflicts and difficulties, acknowledging that it was very important to interact with the infant and the various daily routines of the day. In an interaction with a teacher in an infant perspective, the infant felt like a teacher and felt a teacher who helped me, and controlled me and felt my mind.
