텍스트분석 기반 건축미 감성의 금전적 가치 특성 (Characteristics of Monetary Value of Architectural Aesthetic Emotion based on Text Analysis)

초록

본 연구는 건축미의 금전적 가치와 감성과의 관계를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 전국 5대 광역시 시민 800명을 대상으로 한 인터렉티브 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 한다. 건축미 감성단어와 가상가치법을 통한 금전적 지불금액간의 관계를 빅데이터 분석 프로그램인 R-Studio를 통해 분석하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건축미 수준별 이상점 분포를 통해, 건축미 수준이 높아질수록 금전적 가치가 급속도로 증가됨을 확인할 수 있다. 둘째, 균형과 안정된 감성에 보다 많은 금전적 가치를 지불하고자 하며, 신비하거나 혁신적인 건축미에 높은 금전적 가치를 부여한다. 셋째, 로그오즈분석 결과, 사람들은 균형과 안정된 감성에 보다 많은 가치를 지불하려고 하며, 신비하거나 발전적인 건축미에 높은 금전적 가치를 부여함을 알 수 있다. 넷째, 건축미의 금전적 가치를 하락시키는 감성은 ‘특별한’, ‘애매한’, ‘이상한’, ‘복잡한’이다. 다섯째, 금전적 가치관련 연구에서는 건축미 점수 기준을 71점으로 설정할 필요가 있다. 여섯째, 미적수준 향상과 더불어 혁신적인 디자인이 건축미의 금전적 가치향상의 전략이 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 건축미 감성분석, 건축미 가치추정 시스템개발, 건축미 감성마케팅과 장소마켓팅 전략의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

영어초록

This study was conducted with the purpose of understanding the relationship between the monetary value and emotion of architecturalaesthetic. It is based on the results of an interactive survey of 800 citizens in five major metropolitan cities across the country. Therelationship between emotional words for architectural aesthetic and monetary payment amount through contingent valuation method was analyzed using R-Studio, a big data analysis program, and the main research results are as follows: First, through the distribution of outliers by level of architectural aesthetic, it was confirmed that the monetary value increases rapidly as the level of architectural aesthetic increases. Second, it was found that people try to place more value on balanced and stable sensibilities, and place high monetary value on mysterious or progressive architectural aesthetic. Third, when cost issues are linked to architectural aesthetic, the intention for the construction itself plays a large role, confirming that economic and realistic aspects are strongly involved. Fourth, emotions that reduce the monetary value of architectural aesthetic include ‘special’, ‘equivocal’, ‘strange’, and ‘complicated’. Fifth, emotional analysis based on architectural aesthetic score is more accurate than emotional analysis based on monetary value, and in studies related to monetary value, it is necessary to set the standard for architectural aesthetic score at 71 points. Sixth, it can be seen that innovative design, along with improving the aesthetic level,can be a strategy for improving the monetary value of architectural aesthetic.
The results of this study can be used as a decision-making basis for architectural aesthetic emotional analysis, architectural aesthetic valueestimation system development, architectural aesthetic emotional marketing, and place marketing strategies.
