초록

본 연구는 항공객실서비스 인력 양성과정에서 필요로 하는 현장 중심형 교과목 그룹군의 체계를 구축하기 위하여 이전 연구에서는 고려치 않았던 몇가지 차별화된 연구방법을 이용하여 각 요소 간의 직간접 영향도와 중요도 분석을 수행하였다. 즉, 이전 연구에서는 교과목 그룹군별 중요도 분석 시, 각 요소 간의 일 방향 영향만을 고려한 정태적분석(statistics anaysis)을 수행했다면, 본 연구에서는 각 교과목 그룹군 간 직간접적인 영향까지도 고려한 다중 영향분석을 통해 교과목 그룹 간의 연계형 구조(틀)를 마련하였다. 한편, 본 연구에서 활용한 연구방법은 각 특정시점에서의 최종 결과를 관측하기 위해 동태적 분석인 3차원 분석(dynamic analysis)을 활용하였으며, 이외 각 교과목 그룹군별 직간접 중요도까지도 분석하는 방법으로 대형 중요사업의 타당성 및 중요도 분석에서 주로 활용하는 모형과 모델을 활용하였다. 그 결과, 이로 인해 도출된 학술적 가치는 첫째, 통상 새로운 연구를 시작할 때, 연구의 중요요소를 선택하는 과정에서 별다른 검증 없이 기존 연구자가 사용했던 연구요소를 임의로 가져와 사용하는 경우가 대부분이었는데, 본 연구에서는 주요 연구요소에 대한 연구가치의 유용성 검증을 모형을 이용하여 수행하였다. 두 번째는 각각의 교과목 그룹군별 직간접 영향도까지를 모형을 통해 분석한 후, 이들 교과목 그룹군 간의 유의성 검증 결과값을 기반으로 계속하여 분석을 하는데 있어, initial weighted matrix()와 amendment weighted matrix()를 새롭게 구조화하여 연구의 객관성을 제고 했다는 것이다. 세 번째는 각 교과목 그룹군의 중요도 분석과정에서 weighted super-matrix structure()에 의하여 도출된 중요도와 초기 설문조사로 도출된 중요도 간에 다소의 괴리가 있는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 한편, 산업적 활용가치는 첫째, 항공객실서비스가 제공하는 객실내에서의 승객안전과 쾌적한 여행을 도모하는 과정에서 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 항공객실승무원에 대한 표준 교과목 그룹군에 대한 중요도를 서열화하여, 모든 대학의 교육과정에 필요한 교과목 구성의 체계를 마련하였고, 둘째는 현재 교과목 그룹군 구성은 각 대학의 교육환경(교수자, 실무실습실, 교육자재 및 교사확보 등)에 따라 운영함으로써 교육 수요자인 학생과 실무현장의 요구를 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있으나, 본 연구 과정에서 도출된 결과를 반영한다면, 산업현장에서 필요로 하는 인력 양성과 항공사 취업을 목표로 하는 학생들의 요구에 부합하는 교과과정을 구성할 수 있는 근거를 마련하였다. 셋째는 최근 항공산업 환경이 ESG경영, SAF 사용의무화, 도심항공교통의 일상화, 항공객실 및 보안규정 강화 등 급속히 변화하는 환경하에서 고객의 최근 거리에서 가장 많은 시간을 보내는 객실승무원에 대한 미래 역량 제고를 위해 첨단 및 복합교과목의 필요성을 부각시켰다는 것이다.

영어초록

This study conducted an analysis of the direct and indirect influence and importance between each element using several differentiated research methods that were not considered in previous studies in order to establish a system of field-oriented subject groups required for the training of airline cabin service personnel. In other words, while previous studies performed static analysis (statistics analysis) that considered only one-way influence between each element when analyzing the importance of each subject group, this study established a linked structure (framework) between subject groups through multiple influence analysis that considered even direct and indirect influences between each subject group. Meanwhile, the research method utilized in this study utilized three-dimensional analysis (dynamic analysis), which is a dynamic analysis, to observe the final results at each specific point in time, and utilized the DEMATEL model and ANP model, which are mainly used in the feasibility and importance analysis of large-scale important projects, as a method of analyzing the direct and indirect importance of each subject group. As a result, the academic value derived from this is, firstly, when starting a new study, in most cases, the research elements used by existing researchers are used arbitrarily without any verification in the process of selecting important research elements, but in this study, the usefulness of the research value for the major research elements was verified using a model. Secondly, after analyzing the direct and indirect influence of each subject group through the model, the objectivity of the study was improved by restructuring the initial weighted matrix() and the amendment weighted matrix() in the continued analysis based on the significance verification results between these subject groups. Thirdly, in the process of analyzing the importance of each subject group, it was found that there was a slight gap between the importance derived by the weighted super-matrix structure() and the importance derived from the initial survey. On the other hand, the industrial utilization value is, firstly, by ranking the importance of the standard subject group for airline cabin crew, who play the most important role in the process of promoting passenger safety and comfortable travel in the cabin provided by airline cabin service, a system for organizing the subjects required for the curriculum of all universities was established. Secondly, the current subject group group composition is operated according to the educational environment of each university (professors, practical training rooms, educational materials, and securing teachers, etc.), so it does not sufficiently reflect the needs of students who are the demanders of education and the practical field. However, if the results derived from this study are reflected, it provides a basis for organizing a curriculum that meets the needs of students who aim to be employed at airlines and nurture human resources needed in the industrial field. Thirdly, in the recent rapidly changing environment of the aviation industry, such as ESG management, mandatory use of SAF, routineization of urban air traffic, and strengthening of airline cabin and security regulations, it has highlighted the need for advanced and complex subjects to enhance the future capabilities of cabin crews who spend the most time on the recent streets of customers.
