예비 노인스포츠지도자의 진로소명이진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 진로결정효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship between Career Calling and Career Preparation Behavior of Pre-Elderly Sports Instructors: Focusing on Mediating Effect of Career Decision Self-Efficacy)

초록

연구목적 본 연구는 예비 노인체육지도자들의 진로소명이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향과 이 관계에서 진로결정효능감의 매개효과를 규명하는 데 있다. 연구방법 A노인스포츠지도사 연수원에서 연수에 참가하고 있는 교육생 411명을 대상으로 진로소명, 진로준비행동, 진로결정효능감 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 기술통계, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석, PROCESS Macro 모형을 활용한 매개효과 검증을 통해 연구결과를 도출하였다. 결과 첫째, 예비 노인스포츠지도자의 진로소명, 진로결정효능감, 진로준비행동은 각가 정적 상관관계를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비 노인스포츠지도자의진로소명은 진로결정효능감과 진로준비행동에 각각 정적인 영향을 미치며, 진로결정효능감은 진로준비행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비 노인스포츠지도자의 진로소명과 진로준비행동간의 관계에서 진로결정효능감은 부분매개 효과를 나타냈다. 결론 예비 노인스포츠지도자가 지각하는 진로소명, 진로결정효능감이 상호 영향을 미치면서 그들의 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향력을 파악할 수 있었다. 지도자 양성 기관을 통해 진로소명 및 진로결정효능감을 함께 제고시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 제공할 것을 제언하였다.

영어초록

Purpose This study aims to investigate the influence of career calling on the career preparation behaviors of pre-elderly sports instructors and to elucidate the mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy in this relationship. Method A survey was conducted among 411 trainees participating in a senior sports instructor training program at the A Senior Sports Instructor Training Institute. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, and mediation analysis using the PROCESS Macro model were employed to derive the research findings. Results First, it was found that career calling, career decision self-efficacy, and career preparation behaviors of pre-elderly sports instructors each exhibited significant positive correlations. Second, career calling demonstrated significant positive effects on both career decision self-efficacy and career preparation behaviors among pre-elderly sports instructors, while career decision self-efficacy was also found to exert a significant positive influence on career preparation behaviors. Third, in the relationship between career calling and career preparation behaviors among pre-elderly sports instructors, career decision self-efficacy showed a partial mediating effect. Conclusion The findings indicate that the perceived career calling and career decision self-efficacy of pre-elderly sports instructors mutually influence each other, impacting their career preparation behaviors. It suggests that programs aimed at enhancing both career calling and career decision self-efficacy through senior sports instructor training institute could be beneficial.
