초등교사의 비대면 무용교육봉사 경험에 관한 자문화기술지 (Autoethnography on elementary school teachers' non-face-to-face dance education service experience)

초록

본 연구는 초등교사의 비대면 무용교육봉사 경험에 관한 자문화기술지로 비대면 무용교육봉사 프로그램을 어떻게 개발하였고, 지도하였는지 또 어떠한 평가를 얻었는지 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 통해 학교교육 현장과 예비교원양성기관에서 현직 교사와 예비 교사의 표현 영역 지도 역량을 충분히 활용하고 미래 교육의 밑거름이 될 수 있는 근거를 마련하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 본 연구자가 2년간 직접 무용교육봉사 운영에 참여하며 경험한 것을 시간순서에 따라 1인칭 관점에서 서술하였고, 회의 기록, 무용교육봉사 프로그램 운영보고서 및 사진 자료, 개발자, 운영진, 관리교사의 설문지 및 인터뷰 등을 통해 경험을 정리하고 반성하며 성찰하는 과정을 거쳤다. 비대면 무용교육봉사는 문화소외지역에 소재한 Y 초등학교에 다니고 있는 1학년부터 6학년까지 재학중인 42명의 초등학생을 대상으로하였고, 본 연구의 자료 수집은 2022년 7월부터 12월까지 6개월 동안 이루어졌다. 본 연구 결과를 정리하면 첫째, 비대면 무용교육봉사 프로그램 개발 방법과 운영 과정에서 현직 교사들 간의 발전된 아이디어를 공유하며 학년군에맞는 한국무용, 세계무용, 실용무용 지도 자료를 함께 완성할 수 있었다. 둘째, 비대면 무용교육봉사 경험이 사전 교육, 지도안 피드백, 수업영상 피드백에서 현직 교사의 도움이 예비 교사에게 더욱 효과적인 수업을 구안할 수 있도록긍정적인 영향을 주었음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 비대면 무용교육봉사 프로그램의 평가를 통해 연구 참여자들의 성장과변화, 교육 현장에 가져온 효과를 살펴볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과에 따라 후속 연구를 위한 제안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현직 교사와 예비 교사가 함께 미래 교육을 위해 협업할 수 있는 다양한 기회와 연구가 진행되어야 한다. 둘째, 교육청이나 교육부를 통해 개발된 무용교육봉사 프로그램을 공유할 수 있는 플랫폼이 마련되어야 한다. 셋째, 비대면무용교육봉사 프로그램을 보다 발전시키기 위해서는 학생들과 원활한 실시간 소통 환경이 마련되어야 한다.

영어초록

This study is an autoethnography on elementary school teachers' non-face-to-face dance education service experience, and provides evidence that can fully utilize the expressive teaching capabilities of current and prospective teachers in school education sites and pre-service teacher training institutions and serve as a foundation for future education. The method of this study was to describe the researcher's experience while directly participating in the operation of dance education service for two years from a first-person perspective in chronological order, including meeting records, dance education service program operation reports and photo materials, developers, management, and management. We went through a process of organizing, reflecting, and reflecting on our experiences through teacher questionnaires and interviews. Non-face-to-face dance education service was targeted at 42 elementary school students from 1st to 6th grade attending Y Elementary School located in a culturally underprivileged area, and data collection for this study was conducted over a period of 6 months from July to December 2022 To summarize the results of this study, first, it was able to share developed ideas among current teachers in the development method and operation process of a non-face-to-face dance education volunteer program and complete Korean dance, world dance, and practical dance instruction materials appropriate for each grade group. Second, it was confirmed that the non-face-to-face dance education volunteer experience had a positive influence on prospective teachers in helping them design more effective classes through the help of current teachers in prior training, instruction plan feedback, and class video feedback. Third, through the evaluation of the non-face-to-face dance education volunteer program, it was able to examine the growth and changes of the research participants and the effects brought to the educational field. Based on the results of this study, suggestions for follow-up research are as follows. First, various opportunities and research should be conducted so that current and prospective teachers can collaborate for future education. Second, a platform must be established to share dance education volunteer programs developed through the Office of Education or the Ministry of Education. Third, in order to further develop non-face-to-face dance education volunteer programs, an environment for smooth real-time communication with students must be established.
