    초록

    This thesis has an aim to analyze the relation between the characteristics and empowerment of duties, satisfaction with duties, and contribution to organizations, to prepare for the measurement necessary for soft mentoring and extension and activation of ‘sports for all’ foundation, to offer basic materials to change duty circumstances, and to help ‘sports for all’ mentors attain their aims and inspire strong mission on their organizations. For the purpose of attaining the aim, this thesis selected, as an exemplary group, full time mentors in charge of the aged serving in Gwangju-si and Jellanam-do ‘Sports For All’ Association in December 2007, took 122 persons’ materials as final analysis materials, analyzed statistics to attain results with T-test, one way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, and attained the conclusion as followings.
    First, this thesis investigated the difference in characteristics of duties, empowerment, the satisfaction with duties, and contribution to organizations. As for characteristics of duties, the serving region had significant difference between the groups of cities and counties. The mentors serving in cities had higher importance than those serving in counties. Age had significant difference in stagnation and feedback of duties. The stagnation and feedback were the highest in the mentors older than 40s. As for empowerment, meaningness and effect had a significant difference in sex, men and women group. Meaningness was higher in women mentors. Duty types had a significance in meaningness. It was higher in the mentors charging in the aged than those charging in full time services. Age had significant difference in capability and self-decision. Capability and self-decision were the highest in older than 40s. As for satisfaction with duty, sex had significant difference between women group and men group in fruits and dignity. The women mentors were higher than mentors. Age had significant difference in human relation and clemency. 30s-year mentors were the highest. Education level had a significant difference in the remuneration and recompense. University-enrolled mentors were the highest. Contribution to organizations didn't have difference in all of the factors.
    Second, this thesis investigated the correlation of the characteristic of duties, empowerment, satisfaction with duties, and contribution to organizations. Most factors of the characteristic of duties had significant correlation with empowerment. As for the characteristic of duties, autonomy and feedback had correlation with the satisfaction with duties and contribution to organizations except the diversity of technology, stagnation of duties, and importance of duties. The rest factors had a significant relation with the satisfaction with duties and contribution to organizations except the effect of empowerment and rumination and compensation of the satisfaction with duties.
    Third, this thesis investigated the effect on the empowerment, satisfaction with duties, and contribution to organizations of the ‘sports for all’ mentors’ characteristic of duties. As for the characteristic of duties, the autonomy and feedback had the statistically significant effect on empowerment, and autonomy had the statistically significant effect on the satisfaction with duties and contribution to organizations.
