解放直後 在日韓人 民族敎育의 特徵과 限界－朝聯의 ‘本國’ 로컬리티 性向 敎育을 中心으로－ (Nationality in Ethnic Education of Korean Community in Japan after the War-end－Locality of Korean Association in Japan towards the Nationality of Korean Peninsula－)

초록

本論文は、朝連の「本国」ロカリティー性向を明らかにし、朝連の民族教育の内容においての「本国」志向の性格を究明している。共和国の創建以前から、すでに朝連で「本国」志向の性向が強く見られ、朝連の想像する「本国」というのは国民国家の以前の段階の 「国家体」であったため、本論文では「国家体」の地方性を保つ朝連の属性をロカリティーという用語で概念化した。朝連のロカリティー性向は、早くも45年9月の準備委員会の段階から現れはじめ、46年2月の全体大会において「人民共和国」を支持し、その後ソウルの「民戦」と組織的連携を続けることによって、その理念的性格をより明確にしていった。
本論文は、朝連の民族教育で現れたロカリティー性向を強調するため、まず民族学校の管理や民族教育の方針を体系化していくプロセスを明らかにした。それから朝連で出版された歴史の教材の内容から「本国」に関する叙述を引き出した。早くも45年10月に出された歴史教材には勿論のこと、46年1月に刊行された教材においても、在日朝鮮人社会の特殊性ないし「本国」との関連性についての言及が見出されず、在日社会の見られない「本国」のみの叙述に終わった問題点を指摘した。なお朝連が民族学校に体する管理を体系化する中で、「人民共和国」と「民戦」の発展形態の進歩的統一体を「本国」の理想像に描いたことも指摘した。
48年の阪神地域における教育闘争をめぐって、「本国」社会は解放された民族としての自主教育の動きを擁護した点においては、一見在日朝鮮人社会との共通性ないし統一性を見せたものの、「本国」の右派的性向の団体は占領政策を擁護する異なる見解を表し、「本国」の左派的性向の団体は自らの「統一」運動に在日の教育闘争のことを戦略的に利用する態度を見せたのである。

영어초록

This article investigates the characteristics of Choryun (Korean Association in Japan, 在日本朝鮮人聯盟) depended its identity on the nationality of its homeland and attempts to prove its nationalistic tendency in ethnic education. Here I am using the word ‘locality’ as a concept explaining the its local identity towards nationality because Choryun showed the dependency of its identity on the homeland even before the DPRK was established, and the homeland which Choryun’s members imagined was in its earlier stage before it developed to the nation-state. Choryun began to identify itself with locality of the homeland in September 1945 during its Preparatory Committee period. Moreover it declared its political ideology with holding by Korean People’s Republic(人民共和國) in February 1946 and Korean Democratic Nationalistic Front(民主主義民族戰線) after that.
I tried to clarify the concept of the locality in ethnic education of Korean in Japan supported by Choryun in two ways. First, I analyzed how the association controlled the ethnic schools and systemized educational principles by investigating its resources. And then, I picked up some contents telling about building of home country in its historical textbooks. Members of the association as writers of that books indicated that the socialistic unity in the Korean peninsula as an ideal home country would be accomplished by Korean People’s Republic and Korean Democratic Nationalistic Front in the process which they systematically took control of ethnic schools. And they wrote only about home country without describing their Korean community in Japan in the history books published in October 1945 and also in January 1946.
With a unanimous view of liberated people, the home society in the Korean peninsula shared their view with Koreans in Japan regarding to their struggle to establish autonomy of their ethnic education in the Hanshin(阪神) area in 1948. However, the rightists in the peninsula defended the scholastic policy of occupation forces while the leftists took the advantage of using the anti-occupation uprising in Japan strategically for their resistance against the division of the Korean peninsula, not in just keeping with Korean community in Japan.
