초록

본 연구는 현재까지 간헐적으로 온라인 또는 오프라인에서 연구 되어온 대학생 창업의지에 대한 연구결과의 속성과 시사점이 상이하고 다르기 때문에 대학생 창업의지 연구에서 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고자 시작하였다. 이를 통해 대학생들의 창업의지를 고취시키고자 하는 데 연구의 주된 목적이 있다. 연구방법상으로는 문헌적 연구방법을 사용하고, 양적인 방법인 실증분석 과정인 구체적인 가설설정과 검증을 생략하였으며, 내용적 범위는 한국연구재단(NRF)의 학술지평가를 통해 선정된 등재학술지 및 등재후보 학술지에 게재된 논문을 중심으로 이루어졌다. 특히, ‘대학생’을 표본으로 하여 ‘창업의지’를 독립변수 및 종속변수로 채택하여 이루어진 학술지 논문으로 한정하였다종합적인 분석결과, ‘창업의지’와 관련하여 유용하게 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 대학생 창업과 관련하여 창업의지가 중요하다는 사실을 재확인하였으며, 대학생 창업의지에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 창업교육과 기업가 정신이었다. 이를 위해 대학생들에게 창업을 독려하고 장려할 수 있도록 다양한 형태의 창업교육을 마련하고 운영함으로써 학생들의 창업의지 향상은 물론 실질적인 창업을 활성화시킬 수 있는 계기를 제공한다. 또한 창업의지를 제고하는 촉매제로서의 기업가정신을 함양시켜 한다. 즉, 대학생 창업의지를 고취시키기 위해서는 무엇보다 창업교육을 통한 기업가 정신 함양이 창업의지의 주요 결정요인임을 발견 하였다. 특히, 기업가 정신 관련 변수는 창업의지 관계에서 중요한 조절효과 역할을 하는 변수로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 기업가 정신과 관련한 창업교육의 필요성을 시사하고 있는 대목이다.
본 연구는 다양한 관점에서 이루어진 대학생 창업과 관련한 창업의지에 대한 연구를 나름대로 정리하였다는 데 연구의 의의를 들 수 있다.

영어초록

This study aims to analyze positive or negative influence factors on entrepreneurial intention of university students which have been intermittently investigated up to now and then, to inspire the entrepreneurial intention in the online and offline environments. Due to research features of this study, it used literary research method; as for quantitative method, it omitted specific hypothesis establishment and verification of empirical analysis process; and, as for scope of contents, it mainly utilized theses carried on registered and nominated academic journals selected through journals evaluation of NRF. Especially, with specimen of 'university students' only, it was limited to academic papers which adopted 'entrepreneurial intention' as independent variable and dependent variable. According to comprehensive analysis, useful implications related to 'entrepreneurial intention' are largely classified into following 3 things, and it reconfirmed entrepreneurial intention in connection with business start-up of university students, business start-up education, and entrepreneurial spirit. For this, it is required to encourage university students in business start-up, to prepare and to operate various entrepreneurship educations in order to enhance entrepreneurial intention of students and to provide opportunities for revitalization of actual start-up and then, to cultivate entrepreneurial spirit as catalytic agent to raise entrepreneurial intention. Namely, it was found that cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit through business start-up education was the key determinant of entrepreneurial intention in order to inspire entrepreneurial intention of university students. Especially, variable related to entrepreneurial spirit was the variable which played an important moderating effect in entrepreneurial intention. Such an analysis result implies necessity of entrepreneurship education related to entrepreneurial spirit.
This study has a meaning that it arranged a research on entrepreneurial intention related to business start-up of university students from various viewpoints.
