축구선수들의 경기력에 따른 거골하 관절 종골각과 평형성 하퇴 둘레 및 족관절 등속성 근력 비교 (Comparative of Angle of Calcaneus, Balance, Circumference of Calf and Isokinetic Strength of Ankle on Athletic Performances in Soccer Players)

초록

The purpose of this study was to comparative of angle of calcaneus, balance, circumference of calf and ankle isokinetic strength on athletic performances in soccer player. The subject of the study included 33male; K-3 league soccer team(GKFC; n=17) and U-league soccer team(n=16) were measured with angle of calcaneus, standing on one leg with eyes closed test, calf circumference and isokinetic ankle strength. To see the group difference, both the mean score and standard deviation were calculated by using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 statistical program. Also, independent t-test was implemented to verify the group difference. The results are as follows; angle of calcaneus test was significantly difference measured Right of neutral angle(p<.05) and Right and Left of RCSP(p<.001) in U-league. Standing on one leg with eyes closed test was significantly difference measured Right(p<.01) and Left(p<.05) in GKFC. Calf circumference was not significantly different. The isokinetic ankle strength was significantly different between GKFC and U-league on right ankle eversion at angular velocity 30°/sec(p<.01) and 120°/sec(p<.05)and on plantar flexion(p<.05) and dorsiflexion(p<.05). Consequently, this study suggests that soccer players performance is increased more the ankle strength and subtalar joint alignment in college soccer player.
