초록

Today, due to the impact of globalization, further increased the interest in CSR(corporate social responsibility), and many companies are showing efforts to reflect the contents of the international guidelines and codes of company's conduct for CSR. It is necessary to think about the relations between social enterprise and sustainable development of socio-economic system. The answering to the question about the company will exist for whom is not simple. It is because that companies exist not simply for shareholders but exist for various stakeholders who are affected in a variety of ways, for example, many customers, employees, local communities, and the natural environment etc.　These companies should be socially responsible for expectations from society and a wide range of stakeholders. But look at the case of Korea, the past companies was almost indifferent to CSR, but in recent years under the recognition that company's contribution to society is essential factor for continued company management, a advocating company which support for social enterprises as part of CSR-related activity is appeared. From this point of view, there is relevant existence of social enterprise and corporate social responsibility, but because it is a completely different concept, co-exist of both concept is also possible to feel natural. However, Social Enterprise is the concept of reality that is recognized on the basis of Social Enterprise Promotion Act as the subject of legal act, and CSR is not a legal concept but the concept admitted by logical interpretation. Therefore, there is a need to overcome the confusion of understanding that comes from these limitations. If express somewhat roughly the reason for appearance of social enterprise, it can be said origin of the problem was caused by lack of recognition as a corporate citizen. The companies did not fulfill the responsibility as a corporate citizen required to maintain the community because they have not sufficient the recognition as a corporate citizen. thus it can be said that so-called social enterprise has emerged as a means for the maintenance and survival of the social community. If so, in that case if as a corporate citizen, companies do their social responsibility, maintenance and survival of society community is carried out smoothly, the presence of social enterprise will become unnecessary dare. In the end, even if not through the means of activation of social enterprise, and if it is possible to resolve a logical problem of social responsibility, and governing the conduct of the company, and for the construction of a sustainable social system foundation will be built. And I try to hope that social enterprise as a corporate citizen, which also functions as part of the growth strategy of the country, become the new flash-point for a sustainable society.
