국내 잔류농약 분석실험실 숙련도 향상을 위한 토양 중 잔류농약 다성분분석 숙련도시험 (Proficiency Test of Multi Pesticide Residues in Soil for Korea Pesticide Analysis Laboratories)

초록

이 연구는 국내 잔류농약 분석실험실 대상으로 토양 중 잔류농약 다성분분석 숙련도시험을 수행하여 주요분석오류 요인을 규명하고 분석 결과 신뢰도 향상을 위한 방향성을 수립하고자 수행되었다 . 숙련도시험은 33개의 기관에서 참여하였으며 , 시료 제조 , 배포 , 결과 평가 등 모든 절차는 국립농업과학원에서 수행되었다 . 숙련도시험의 대상 농약은 bifenthrin, boscalid, chlorfenapyr, clothianidin, flubendiamide, fluopyram, fluquinconazole, imidacloprid, pendimethalin, procymidone이었으며 , 시료는 국제표준규격 (ISO 13528)에 따라 균질성 및 안정성을 평가한 후 시료를 배포하였다 . 또한 분석오류 원인을 규명하기 위하여 분석 결과와 함께 분석정보 (추출법 , 회수율 등)를 제출하도록요청하였다 . 수집된 분석 결과를 z-score로 환산하여 평가한 결과 농약별 만족율 (z-score의 절대값 2이하 )은 79~97% 로 나타났다 . 만족율이 가장 높은 가장 농약은 boscalid였으며 , chlorfenapyr가 가장 낮은 만족율을 보였다 . 대부분의참가기관은 토양 중 잔류농약분석 수행능력이 우수한것으로 판단되었으나 시료처리 과정에서 습윤화를 하지 않은참가기관에서 모든 성분에 대해 불만족 평가 (z-score의 절대값 3이상 )를 받았다 . 이러한 결과는 QuEChERS 방법을이용한 토양 중 잔류농약 분석에서는 습윤화가 필수적인 것으로 판단되었다 . 또한 분석자의 역량을 정확하고 신속하게 진단할 수 있는 평가기법을 확립하고 지속적인 숙련도시험 운영을 통해 분석자의 숙련도 유지 및 향상이 필요하다고 판단되었다 .

영어초록

This study was conducted to improve the reliability of the results of multi-residue pesticide analysis in soil and the reliability of analysis results for domestic loboratories of pesticide residue analysis.
All procedures of the proficiency test such as sample preparation, distribution, and result evaluation were performed by National Institute of Agricultural Sciences (NIAS). The soil was treated with 10 pesticides (for example, bifenthrin, boscalid, chlorfenapyr, clothianidin, flubendiamide, fluopyram, fluquinconazole, imidaloprid, pendimethalin, and procymidon). In addition, the homogeneity and stability were evaluated according to international standards (ISO 13528) for sample verification. A total of 33 laboratories participated in the proficiency test, information on analytical methods such as extraction method and instrument, and others were also collected along with the pesticide analysis results. As a result, z-score is calculating using the analysis results collected from each laboratories, the acceptable rate (absolute value of the z-score 2) for each pesticide was in the range of 79% to 97%. Boscalid exhibited the highest satisfaction rate, while chlorfenapyr was showed the lowest acceptable rate. Most of the participating laboratories were judged to be excellent in their ability to perform multiple pesticide residue analysis in the soil sample. However, one laboratory that did not add a certain amount of water to the soil sample during the analysis showed unacceptable (absolute value of the z-score 3) results for quantification of all pesticide components. These results showed that water addition was considered a necessary factor when using QuEChERS for pesticide residue analysis in soil. Therefore, this approach induce an accurate and rapid diagnosis of the analytical competency by diversifying these analytical information and recommending additional research to be performed to improve the proficiency of analysts by securing a large number of accumulated data by providing continuous proficiency test program.
