가계재정의 인지도, 만족도, 부모특성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on Relationship between Cognition, Satisfaction of Household Finances, Parental Characteristics and Entrepreneurial Intention)

초록

세계 경제가 빠르게 하향세가 이루어지면서 저성장이 장기화될 것이라는 예상 속에서 수출 위주의 국내경제의 성장 활력도 빠르게 떨어지는 모습을 보이면서 낮은 물가 상승률과 디플레이션 우려가 확산되어 고용여건도 악화될 가능성이 커지고 있다. 특히, 경기 불황기, 저성장, 일자리 부족의 대안으로 창업 활동을 장려하고특히 청년 창업을 통하여 부가가치 창출 및 새로운 경제 활력을 찾고자 하지만 청년 창업을 하는 인구는점점 줄어들고 있는 상황이다. 이는 창업 시 가장 크게 어려움을 겪는 부분인 자금과 경험적인 부분 그리고창업 실패 시 재기하기에 어려움이 있을 것이라는 막연한 두려움이 있기 때문일 것이다.본 연구에서는 창업, 특히 청년들의 창업에 대한 기피 현상에 대한 문제점에 대하여 청년 창업 활성화측면에서 취업대상자인 대학교 3, 4학년 들을 대상으로 독립변수로 개인의 환경적인 요소인 가계재정에 대하여얼마나 인지하고 만족하는지에 대한 부분과 부모특성 중 창업경험 유, 무와 월 소득, 재산 규모, 소득계층이종속변수인 창업의지에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대한 부분을 국가적으로 창업의 보완책인 사회안전망 인식을조절변수로 창업의지에 어떠한 영향성이 있는지를 고려하여 실증연구를 시도하였다. 가설검증은 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였고 다음과 같은 연구결과들을 발견하였다.첫째, 가계재정의 인지도, 만족도 중에는 만족도만이 유의미한 관계가 나타내어 가계재정에 대해서는 얼마나인지하고 알고 있는지 보다는 얼마나 만족하는지가 유의미한 관계로 만족도가 높을수록 창업의지가 함께높아짐을 알 수 있었고 둘째, 부모특성 중에는 창업 경험만이 유의미한 관계로 창업 경험이 있는 부모의 환경에서 창업의지가 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 조절변수인 사회안전망 인식은 아무런 유의미한 관계를 나타내지못하였다. 이는 설문 대상자인 취업대상자인 대학교 3, 4학년에게 사회안전망이란 용어 및 인식이 매우 미흡하여 나타난 결과로 향후 정책적으로 좀 더 적극적인 교육, 홍보가 이루어진다면 좀 더 의미 있는 결과가 기대된다.이처럼 본 연구의 결과는 개인의 재정 관련 요소들이 창업 의지에 어떠한 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 청년창업 활성화 관련 시사점을 도출했다는 점에서 의미가 있다 할 수 있을 것이고 향후 좀 더 하위 변수와 관련된세부적인 하위 변수 간 관계 및 영향성을 살펴본다면 학술적 가치를 높일 수 있을 것이다.

영어초록

The global economy is rapidly going down, and low growth expected be prolonged. Thegrowth-vitality of the export-oriented economy is also rapidly declining. As a result, raising thepossibility of worsening employment conditions as concerns over deflation caused by low inflationare spreading.As an alternative to the economic recession, low growth and lack of jobs, the governmentis actively supporting start-up activities. In particular, in order to solve the most serious problemof youth employment, we are looking for a new driving force for job creation and economy growththrough youth start-ups. So, the government is continuing its efforts to increase the number of youngentrepreneurs. However, the number of youth start-ups is decreasing. The difficulties of youth start-upsoften come from lack of funds and experience.In this study, despite the widening gap between the rich and the poor, low growth, lackof jobs, young people are avoiding start their own business. This phenomenon of avoiding start-upsis due to fears of failure and difficulties in making a resurgence. In order to overcome this, theconcept of a social safety net has emerged as a means of safety.For university students who are looking for employment, this study describes how householdfinances cognition, satisfaction, parental characteristics affect the willingness to start a business. Inaddition, the study also wants to see how social safety net recognition has an effect on the moderatingeffects.The survey was conducted randomly among for university students who are looking foremployment. This was statistically analyzed by hypotheses using the statistical program spss 22.0. The research model were analyzed using the entrepreneurial intention as a dependentvariable. In addition, the recognition, satisfaction, and parental characteristics of household financeswere used as independent variables and social safety net recognition was used as moderating variables.This hypothesis was verified statistically based on the research model.As a result of the verification of the research model, Among the recognition, satisfactionof household finances, only satisfaction was verified as a positive influence on the entrepreneurialintention. and it has been confirmed that university students of parents with experience in startinga business have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention.In particular, although the Social-safety-net recognition used as a control variable is a majorvariable for the failure of start-ups and overcoming fears, it is judged that the Social-safety-netrecognition is very insufficient for university students.Based on these research findings, it was found that university students, who are eligiblefor employment, have a higher willingness to start a business when they are satisfied with familyfinances or have experience in starting a business among parental characteristics.Based on this study, if more publicity and education on the Social-safety-net at the timeof its start-ups are provided, and more research is conducted on the relationship between the recognitionand satisfaction of household finances, it is believed that more meaningful results will be producedin the future, which will increase the motivation of young people to start their own business.
