홀리스틱 학급조직을 통한 대인간 공유학습 (Interpersonal Learning-by-Sharing through Holistic Class-Organization)

초록

경영자들은 지식경영방법에 관심이 높다. 지식 노동력이 결국 경쟁력이며, 그 핵심은 대내간과 대외간 뿐 아니라 대인간 공유학습이 되어야 하기 때문이다. 학교조직도예외는 아니다. 성적향상과 지각ㆍ선도대상 등 부정적인 행동과 습관까지 치유해야하는 필요에 의해서 홀리스틱 학급조직을 통한 대인간 공유학습 실험을 하였다.
조직내 공유학습을 효과적으로 할 수 있도록 홀리스틱 학급조직을 편성하고, 구성원간의 협력과 신뢰 강화, 조직 리더와 조직원간의 학습인센티브와 의식 강화 훈련을했다.
연구 결과 반별 평균성적이 1학기말 경영정보과 2학년 6학급 중 5위에서 실험 후 2 학기 종합 1위를 했다. 생활습관 면에서는 학생과에서 매월 평가하는 ‘생활평가카드통계’에서 1등을 했고, 심리적으로도 ‘5요인 인성검사’***를 통해 분노, 불안, 우울증을통합한 ‘신경증’이 안정적으로. 효과가 나타났다. 이 연구는 학교조직도 경영학적 관리가 필요하다는 시사점을 준다.

영어초록

This is a case study about influence of interpersonal learning-by-sharing regarding study motivation and activation of communication. To do learning-by-sharing in fierce competition-centered groups, we need to reinforce motivation by learning-by-sharing instead of a sense of loss. We also need holistic class organization to correct undesirable habits of students, such as being late, misbehaving and healing negative memories by helping each other within a group.
We picked up a class(2-2 administration department) of 2nd grade Gyunghwa girls high school. With the help of a homeroom teacher and an assistant teacher, we started helping students succeeding academically, reducing the number of misbehaviors, curing the subconscious memories and reducing neurotic tendencies due to excessive stress. We also chose to use a holistic human-resource program to have the students assure their possibilities of subconscious power and lead to a psychologically comfortable conflict toward vision.
We paired one mischievous student with one good student. The good student was to help the other correct undesirable misbehaviors.
We gave incentives according to assignments and attendance every two weeks.
Furthermore, for better results of school exams, we had one competent student paired with one less competent student.
Finally, we obtained the desirable result ok. The class ranked first in evaluation of school life every month, and they also ranked first on the 2nd semester exam. It was in the 5th rank out of 6 classes in the 1st semester exam.
According to the Five-Factor personality test, neurotic tendencies such as anger, anxiety, and all neuroses, including depression, have been considerably reduced. It's a sign that LBS is effective in corporation of group members, reinforcement of trust, and enhancement of study motivation among group leaders and members.
These results imply that holistic administration techniques should be introduced to the field of public education. Since now, field research of various LBS can be expanded with the consideration of structure of organization, knowledge Adminstration, change of organization culture, and new leadership.
