동해안 어촌 당신화의 행위소 유형과 결합구조 분석 - 강원도 양양문화권을 중심으로 - (Actant Types and Combination Structure of Shrine Myths at Fishing Village in the East Coast - Focused on Yangyang Culture Area -)

초록

본 연구는 강원도 동해안에 자리하고 있는 양양문화권 어촌을 중심으로 당신화에 나타나는 행위소의 유형과 결합관계를 분석하였다. 그리고 이 연구에 대한 객관성을 확보하기 위하여 양양문화권의 인근에 있는 강릉과 삼척문화권의 당신화도 함께 비교분석을 하였다.
연구결과, 양양문화권의 당신화에서는 입향조ㆍ현몽ㆍ원혼ㆍ부래ㆍ신벌ㆍ영험 등 6개의 행위소가 출현되었다. 출현된 행위소중에는 영험 행위소가 12회로 가장 많았으며, 다음으로 신벌 11회, 부래 6회, 현몽 4회, 원혼 3회, 입향조 2회 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 당신화의 행위소간 단일결합을 분석한 결과, 입향조ㆍ현몽ㆍ원혼ㆍ부래ㆍ신벌ㆍ영험 행위소가 1:1의 결합성을 보이는 것이 12쌍이며, 이에 반해 개별성을 보이는 것이 18쌍을 나타났다. 이어서 다중결합에서는 세 개 이상의 행위소가 결합하는 삼각형구조에서 단 1개의 결합구조가 나타났다.
다음으로 강원도 동해안을 양양ㆍ강릉ㆍ삼척문화권으로 나누어 당신화의 행위소 유형과 결합구조를 비교한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다.
첫째, 문화권별 당신화의 출현 행위소를 분석한 결과 삼척문화권 99건, 강릉문화권 81건, 양양문화권 38건으로 나타났다.
둘째, 문화권별 당신화의 행위소간 단일결합을 분석한 결과 삼척문화권 20쌍, 강릉문화권 14쌍, 양양문화권 12쌍으로 나타났다.
셋째, 문화권별 당신화의 행위소간 다중결합을 분석한 결과 삼척문화권 6종, 강릉문화권 3종, 양양문화권 1종으로 나타났다.
이러한 결과를 미루어 보아 당신화에 나타나는 행위소의 수는 행위소의 단일결합과 다중결합에 비례한다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.

영어초록

This paper scrutinizes actant types and combination structure of shrine myths handed down from the fishing village of yangyang culture area in gangwon-do. To make sure of its objectivity, this paper compares the shrine myth of two areas near the yangyang culture area - the gangnung and samcheok area-.
The actant types of shrine myths in the yangyang culture area were divided into 6 type. Among the actant types, the miraculous efficacy actant had the highest frequency while the analyzed divine retribution showed 11, the floating come 6, appearing in a dream 4, revengeful spirit 3 and entrance ancestor 2.
The combination structure relationship was also analyzed in this study. The results showed that 12 cases showed a 1:1 combination relationship between actant types, and 18 cases were individual actant types without a combination structure while multiple combination relationships of triangle types where three actants were combined was only 1 case.
In the next place, the east coastal in gangwon-do was divided into the yangyang cultural area, the Gangneung cultural area, and the samcheok cultural area. Actant types and the combination structure of shrine myths were compared.
From these results, the following facts were obtained.
First, while the advent actant of shrine myths among cultural areas showed 99 cases in the samcheok cultural area, 81 cases are showed in the gangmmg cultural area, and 38 cases in the yangyang cultural area .
Second, while the single combination of actant of shrine myths among cultural areas showed 20 cases in the samcheok cultural area, 14 cases were shown in the gangnung culture area, and 12 cases in the yangyang culture area.
Third, while the multiple combination of actant of shrine myths among cultural areas showed 6 cases in the samcheok cultural area, 3 cases were found in the gangnung culture area ,and one case in the yangyang culture area.
The conclusions from this study indicate that the number of the single combination and the multiple combination of actant of shrine myths is proportioned.
