초록

본 논문의 연구목적은 전라북도 다문화가정의 현황과 가정폭력에 대한 실증적 연구를 통해서 다문화가족의 가정폭력에 대한 방지대책을 제시하는 것이다. 조사결과 다문화가족의 가정폭력 발생율이 일반가정과 비교해서 특별하게 높은 것은 아니지만, 특히 정서적 폭력이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 가족 구성원간의 의사소통에 문제가 있는 것으로 보이며, 이질적 가정환경에 대한 이해부족으로 추정된다. 결혼만족도와 경제적인 안정 사이에 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 결혼만족도가 높을수록 가정폭력 발생이 낮았다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 실무적· 법적 차원의 가정폭력 방지대책을 제시하였다

영어초록

The domestic violence Issues of multicultural family are complicated. holding a special situation for the phenomenon of domestic violence and their specificity and even in root cause analysis and countermeasures is not a simple matter. We have a legal dimension, as well as measures to prevent the operating system and should be approached in terms of multidimensional terms. Jeollabuk-do the number of multicultural families in situations that are expected for each level of the central government establish countermeasures are important, but only in special circumstances for institutional operations and maintenance of the system are also important. Institutions to support multicultural families have mutated to become a problem of duplication and inefficiency, which established the role of the multicultural family Support Center, through the formation of networks among the first organizations to support and expertise of each agency should be made based on the characterization. Punishment as a domestic violence law in the case of domestic violence to law enforcement officers in the early effective prior to grant of emergency temporary measures, so that victims can claim a mandate should be protected. And Nationality Act amendments easing the requirements of naturalization by marriage and divorce to immigrant women should be guaranteed the right of lawful residence. According to the results of this investigation in the case of immigrant women economic stability and the relationship between marital satisfaction was related to marital satisfaction was higher incidence of domestic violence. Therefore, Legal and practical measures proposed in this paper, In addition to practical measures to prevent economic and cultural welfare of the family-level support plan shall be deemed to be made together.
