초록

중국 대학교 법학석사 교육과정사상정치 건설의 연구 맥락과 이슈 측면에서볼 때, 이 주제는 여전히 앞으로 중국 대학에서 사상정치 교육을 개선하고 인재 양성의 근본 임무를 수행하는 주요 주제가 될 것이다. 우선 최근 몇 년 동안중국 국내 학자들은 중국 대학 교육과정사상정치 함의에 대한 다차원적인 연구를 수행해 왔는데, 서로 다른 정의에도 불구하고 그들은 모두 중국 대학의교육과정사상정치 교육을 새로운 교육이념으로 인식하고 있으며 시상정치교육을 전 과정에 관철시키는 것을 통하여 모든 과정이 사상정치교육의 뚜렷한 특색을 띠도록 하고 있다. 둘째로 중국 대학은 교육과정사상정치 관리 시스템 및인센티브 메커니즘, 교육과정사상정치 교육 시스템, 교사 교육과정사상정치 인재 육성 능력, 교육과정사상정치가 전공과정으로의 통합 등의 측면에서 교육과정사상정치 건설의 구현 경로를 적극적으로 탐색하고 “지식전달, 능력육성 및가치형성” 3위 1체의 입체적 교육 모델을 구성했다. 마지막으로, 본 연구는 학교요인, 교사요인, 교재요인 및 평가요인이 중국 대학 법학석사의 교육과정사상정치 건설에 대해 중대한 영향을 미칠 것으로 보고 있는데, 그 중 학교요인은 중국 대학 법학석사 교육과정사상정치 건설에 효과적인 보호 장치를 제공하고, 교사요인은 중국 대학 법학석사 교육과정사상정치 건설의 중추이며, 교재요인은 중국 대학 법학석사 교육과정사상정치 건설의 중요한 매개체로 되고, 평가요인은 중국 대학 법학석사 교육과정사상정치 건설이 실질적인 효과를 얻는데 중요한 추진작용을 하는 관건적 절차이다.

In terms of the research context and hotspots of the ideological and political construction of the Master of Law program in Chinese higher education institutions, this topic will still be a major issue in the future for Chinese higher education institutions to improve ideological and political education work and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents. Firstly, in recent years, domestic scholars in China have conducted multi-dimensional research on the connotation of ideological and political education in Chinese higher education curriculum. Although there are different definitions, they all believe that the essence of ideological and political education in Chinese higher education curriculum is a new educational concept. By integrating ideological and political education throughout the entire teaching process, all courses highlight the distinct characteristics of ideological and political education; Secondly, Chinese higher education institutions actively explore the implementation path of curriculum ideological and political construction from the aspects of curriculum ideological and political management system and incentive mechanism, curriculum ideological and political teaching system, teachers’ ideological and political education ability, and the organic integration of curriculum ideological and political education into professional courses.They have constructed a three-dimensional integrated education model of “knowledge transmission, ability cultivation, and value shaping”; Finally, this study believes that school factors, teacher factors, textbook factors, and evaluation factors will profoundly affect the effectiveness of the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions. Among them, school factors provide effective guarantee measures for the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions, and teacher factors are the backbone of the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions The textbook factor is an important carrier for the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions, and the evaluation factor is a key link in promoting the effectiveness of the ideological and political construction of the legal master’s program in Chinese higher education institutions.
