요약: 본 연구는 카지노 복합리조트의 회복적 서비스스케이프와 장소애착, 장소 충성도의 영향 관계와 이 관계에서 방문객 관여의 매개된 조절효과를 규명했다. 이를 위해 ㈜파라다이스 세가사미 경영진 직원 중, 최근 2년 이내에 해외 카지노 복합리조트를 방문한 경험이 있는 만 20세 이상의 사람을 대상으로, 2020년 7월 3일부터 8월 11일까지 서면조사를 실시하고, 카지노 복합리조트의 개념에 대한 이해도가 높은 표본을 추출했다. 이를 통해, 총 374부를 수집하고, SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 실증분석을 실시했다. 구조방정식 모형분석으로 가설을 검증하고, 위계적 회귀분석으로 조절효과를 검증했다. 연구결과, ‘회복적 서비스스케이프→장소애착’, ‘장소애착→장소 충성도’, ‘회복적 서비스스케이프→장소 충성도’는 모두 정(+)의 영향관계이고, 이 영향관계에서 장소애착은 부분매개변수임을 확인했다. 또한, 이 매개과정에서 관여 수준에 따라 장소 충성도에 대한 회복적 서비스스케이프의 효과 차이가 있었는데, 이 효과 차이는 장소애착→장소 충성도로 이어지는 과정에서 발생함을 확인하여, 본 연구에서의 관여는 매개된 조절효과를 가짐을 확인했다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 방문객의 관여에 따른 카지노 복합리조트의 서비스 환경 관리방안 및 전략적 고객마케팅 방안을 수립하는데 기여하고자 시사점을 제시했다.

영어초록

Abstract: This study investigated the influence relationship between the restorative servicescape, place attachment, and place loyalty of casino-integrated resorts, and the mediated moderating effect of visitor involvement in this relationship. To this end, a written survey was conducted from July 3 to August 11, 2020, targeting those aged 20 or older among the management staff of Paradise Segasami Co., Ltd., and people who had visited overseas casino-integrated resorts within the last two years. Samples with a high understanding of the concept of casino-integrated resorts were extracted. Through this, a total of 374 copies were collected, and empirical analysis was conducted using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The hypothesis was verified with structural equation model analysis, and the moderating effect was verified through hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that restorative servicescape→place attachment, place attachment→place loyalty, and restorative servicescape→place loyalty were all positive influencing relationships, and in this influencing relationship, place attachment was a partial parameter. In addition, it was confirmed that there was a difference in the effect of the restorative servicescape on place loyalty according to the level of involvement in this mediation process, and this effect difference occured in the process leading to place attachment → place loyalty. Finally, it was confirmed that involvement in this study had a mediated moderating effect. Based on the results of this study, implications are presented to contribute to the establishment of a service environment management plan and strategic customer marketing plan for casino-integrated resorts according to the involvement of visitors.
