통합교육 현장의 소외된 장애학생을 위한 사회과 교수·학습자료 집필 지원 방안 연구 (A Study on the Support Plan for Writing Social Studies Teaching and Learning Materials for Underprivileged Students with Disabilities in the Integrated Education Field)

초록

이 연구는 통합교육 현장에 있는 장애학생의 사회과 수업을 위해 개발된 장애학생 통합교육 사회과 교수·학습자료의 집필 과정을 탐색하여 집필 지원 방안을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 집필진들을 심층 면담하고 심의과정을 참여 관찰하여 교재 집필 과정에서 나타나는 현상과 문제점을 심층적으로 탐구하는 질적연구를 실시하였다. 장애학생 통합교육 사회과 교수·학습 자료 집필은 장애학생의 발달 특성을 반영한 성취 기준이 없는 상황에서 사회과 교육내용을 교수 적합화하는 생성적·창조적 연구 과정이자 협력적 집필 과정이다. 그리고 ‘틀 안의 창의성’을 요구하는 집필 구조 속에서 사회과 교육내용의 시각화를 통해 교육목표 달성을 위한 최선의 결과물을 도출하는 과정이다. 그러나 교재 집필 과정에서는 사회과 교육과정의 재해석과 내용 선별·축약에 따른 계열성 확보의 어려움, 차별화된 심의 방식의 부재에 따른 혼란, 장애학생의 수준별 내용 반영과정에 대한 비체계성, 핵심적 시각 자료에 대한 심의 부족 등으로 교과서의 질을 높이기 어려운 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 교재 집필 과정을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해서는 집필진과 심의진의 역량 강화를 위한 사전 연수의 제공, 자문 형태의 심의 확대, 장애학생의 학습 수준에 대한 체계적인 기초 연구 실행, 집필 예산의 확충 및 검정 출판사를 통한 연계 집필 체제 구축이 필요함을 시사하였다.

영어초록

This study aims to explore the writing process of social studies teaching and learning materials for students with disabilities developed to support social studies classes for students with disabilities in the field of integrated education and propose ways to support writing. To this end, this study conducted a qualitative study to explore in-depth phenomena and problems that appear in the process of writing textbooks by interviewing writers in-depth and observing the deliberation process. Writing teaching and learning materials for social studies for students with disabilities is a process that makes social studies curriculum suitable for teaching in the absence of achievement standards reflecting the developmental characteristics of students with disabilities. In addition, it is a process of deriving the best results for achieving educational goals through visualization of social studies education contents in a writing structure that requires "creativity within the framework." However, in the course of writing textbooks, it is difficult to consistently improve the quality of textbooks due to the difficulty of reinterpreting the social studies curriculum, selecting and accumulating content, confusion due to the lack of differentiated deliberation methods, and nonsystematic content reflection process by level of disabled students. Therefore, it was suggested that in order to effectively support the textbook writing process, it would be necessary to provide pre-training to strengthen competency, expand deliberation in the form of advice, conduct systematic basic research on the learning level of disabled students, expand the writing budgets, and establish a linked writing system through certified publishers.
