Abstract

초록

목적:본 연구는 전국의 작업치료(학)과 및 작업치료 임상가를 대상으로 임상실습 체계를 조사하여 학생들이 적정한 질적 수준의 직무 중심 임상실습교육을 받을 수 있도록 임상실습을 표준화하고, 이를 통해 임상실습지침서를 개발하기 위한 기초자료로 삼고자 하였다. 연구방법:2013년 8월부터 2014년 4월까지 2013년 전국의 작업치료(학)과와 작업치료 임상실습 기관을 대상으로 임상실습체계에 대한 설문을 시행하였다. 2013년도에 시행된 작업치료사 직무분석 자료를 기초로 임상실습에 필요한 준비 기술과 초임작업치료사에게 필요한 준비 기술의 중요도를 조사하여 분석하였다.결과:본 임상실습 체계조사에 38개 대학이 참여하였다. 평균 임상실습 시간은 3년제 517.2시간, 4년제 983.5시간으로 나타났다. 임상실습 의뢰 기관수는 재활병원, 대학병원 순으로 많았으며, 성인지체장애 대상 기관이 전체 실습지의 66.8%를 차지하였다. 임상실습에 필요한 준비 기술의 중요도를 조사한 결과 4.5점 이상(5점 만점) 높게 나타난 항목은 교수 응답의 경우 평가 14개 항목, 중재 2개 항목으로 나타났으며, 임상실습교육자는 평가 3개 항목, 중재 2개 항목으로 나타났다. 두 군 간에 유의한 차이를 보이는 항목은 평가 18개 항목, 중재 1개 항목이었다. 초임작업치료사에게 필요한 준비 기술의 중요도 조사 결과 4.5점 이상 높게 나타난 항목은 교수 응답의 경우 평가 23개, 중재 30개 항목으로 나타났으며, 임상실습교육자는 평가 14개, 중재 25개 항목으로 나타났다. 두 군 간에 유의한 차이를 보이는 항목은 평가 20개 항목, 중재 8개 항목이었다.결론:임상실습의 시행에 있어서 학제간 실습 시간의 차이가 크며, 성인지체장애의 실습 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 작업치료 영역에서 중요하다고 생각하는 기술에 대한 인식이 작업치료학 교수와 임상실습 교육자 간에 차이가 크므로 양쪽의 의견을 적절히 반영한 임상실습지침서의 개발이 필요하다. 또한 작업치료 영역에 따라 중요 기술이 차이가 나므로 각 분야에 대한 임상지침서의 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영어초록

Objective:The purpose of this study is to create the basic standards for clinical training guidelines to receive a proper quality level of on-site clinical training education by investigating a system of clinical training for a nationwide department of occupational therapy and clinical occupational therapists. Methods:A survey regarding a system of clinical training was conducted in a nationwide department of occupational therapy and at an institution of clinical occupational therapy from August 2013 to April 2014. Based on the job analysis data from the occupational therapists, we investigated and analyzed the preparation technique, and its importance, required for novice occupational therapists. Results:Thirty-eight colleges and universities participated in this clinical training system survey. The average time of the clinical training is 517.2 hours in colleges and 983.5 hours in universities. University hospitals have the largest number of clinical training institutions, followed by rehabilitation hospitals. In addition, disabled adult institutions make up 66.8% of the total number of clinical training institutions. The results of the importance in the use of a preparation technique show that the number of items scoring higher than 4.5 points (on a 5-point scale) are 14 for the evaluation items and 2 for the intervention items based on the responses of the professors surveyed, and 3 for the evaluation items and 2 for the intervention items based on the responses from the clinicians. In the two groups, there are significant differences in 19 of the evaluation items and 1 of the intervention items. The results of the preparation techniques of newly appointed occupational therapists show that the items scoring higher than 4.5 points (on a 5-point scale) are 23 for the evaluation items and 30 for the intervention items based on the responses of the professors, and 14 for the evaluation items and 25 for the intervention items based on the responses of the clinicians. In the two groups, there are significant differences in 20 of the evaluation items and 8 of the intervention items.Conclusion:This study showed significant differences in interdisciplinary training times when implementing a clinical training program. There is large difference between professors and clinicians in terms of which techniques are important in the area of occupation therapy. The development of clinical training guidelines reflecting the opinions of both sides is needed. In addition, the development of clinical practice guidelines according to each field is needed because there is big difference in the important techniques used in the areas of occupational therapy.
