    본문내용

    언론기관 관련 기업들의 면접은 일반 기업과 달리 토론 면접이 많습니다. 토론에서 지원자의 임기응변이나 순발력을 검증하기 쉽고 여러 지원자간의 차별성도 쉽게 발견하기 때문입니다. 토론은 다른 지원자를 제압하려 하지 말고 가능한 여러 사람의 의견을 취합하고 자기의 주장을 합리적으로 설명하여 자신의 주장이 옳고 다른 사람이 동조하도록 하는 것이 중요합니다. 절대 다른 지원자의 인격을 비하하거나 비웃는 듯한 느낌, 자신이 우월하다는 느낌을 주면 안 됩니다. 전공 토론의 경우 토론 면접이라 어려운 문제보다는 자기 전공에 관련한 기본에 충실한가 하는 문제들이 주류를 이루고 있습니다. 그래서 아래 문제들의 경향을 잘 보시고 자신의 전공에 나올만한 문제들을 살펴서 토론에 임하는것이 좋습니다. 여기 예제는 왜 지원자를 기업에서 선발해야 하는지에 대한 물음이 많습니다. 기업이 찾고 있는 바와 어떻게 일치하는지를 분명히 보여 주는 것이 매우 중요합니다. 면접에 가능한 자신의 실제 경험을 이야기하고 결과가 어떠했는지 또 누구나 할 수 있는 경험이 아니라, 독특한 경험이라는것이 중요합니다. 물론 미리 시나리오를 준비해야 합니다. 이런 이유로 중고등학교 학생부를 볼 수 있어 가능한 이력서는 자신의 학생부도 보고 절대 거짓이나 과장적인 내용을 작성해서는 안됩니다. 반대로 면접관에게 물어야 하는 (면접과) 관계된 질문 2-3개 정도 준비하시는 것도 좋습니다. 질문의 종류는 급여액보다는 무엇을 정말 알고 싶은지, 경영전략이나, 기업 문화 등 중요하다고 생각하는 질문을 생각해보고 준비하는 것도 잊지 말아야 합니다. 또 너무 말이 많으면 안되고 짧고 간결하게 말하는연습도 필요합니다. 기업에 대해 조사하는 것은 매우 중요합니다. 홈페이지는 물론 기타 신문등으로 기업에 관련된 모든 정보를 알 수 있도록 하셔야 합니다.
