Recently, as the mass media, such as news papers, radio broadcasts, and televisions broadcasts, have been spread all over the world, the freedom of expression also has been increased; however, Since that kind of freedom can cause critical problems in political and social ways: collapse of social organization, imitation of criminals, and infringement of others` rights, especially through television broadcasts, the government should regulate television programs in some degree to prevent them.
Controlling television programs that promote antisocial behaviors is the essential job of the government. As the most influential medium, television affects people`s behaviors, and it means that television programs that criticize, or negate, the existence of the government can make people do not accept rules made by their government. This can cause destruction of the structure of their society. To prevent crimes from being copied by copycats, the government should set the standards of broadcasting grades, and restrict the realistic description of crimes when they are reported.
