According to one survey conducted in 2006, three-year-old children start to use a computer on the average and a half of children below the age of 6 spend many times using a computer. Like this, many kids start to use a computer at a very early age and through it, many parts of not only education but also plays are carried out now. These days, computer must be a useful appliance in many respects, of course, for children. Surely, too much of everything is as bad as too little so it causes many problems. However, it can be said that effects of computer depends on how computers are well used for children under parents’ control. If children make use of it effectively, computer has good influences on intellectual development such as induction of interest, easiness of access to the information and development of creativity.
