Ⅰ. Introduction
1. Research Reasons
World is becoming globalization after World War Ⅱ. The period of globalization which international trade and capital movement were free called. Foreign exchange of world in develop globalization unify one market. Foreign exchange is settlement method in country using other currency. So exchange rate of currency, the exchange rate is changing because of various reasons. So rate is always changing unlike a domestic exchange. So Foreign Exchange Risk exist those reason. The foreign exchange risk threatens country. Then Korea experienced IMF in 1997. This event convinced an importanc of foreign exchange risk. And companies had the concern as well as nation. Because that risk influences companies which great deal of weight on export and import. So Samsung electronics which is greatist sale and profit in domestic inspect foreign exchange risk`s scale, present condition and preparation method. Because Samsung electronics influence proper nation as well as that company. We can know from the table 1-1, Samsung electronic is great
