① what is 'trade mark'?
A trademark is a recognizable sign, design, or expression which identifies products or services of a particular source from those of others.
▶Mark should be distinctive(Absolute grounds)
▶Proposed trademark should not be in conflict with an existing mark (Relative grounds)
people can get trademark by taking these two steps!
and I will explain about this later more detail.

Q1) Any word, sign or device can be registered as a trademark?
A1) No! they should satisfy some requirements to be registered as a trademark.
if they don't, it could not be accepted.
Q2) what are the condition granted for trademark registration?
A2) There are some conditions like coined mark, suggestive mark something else....
it could be gotten by excepting some common or similar factors or accepting some requirements of letter regulation..........
