- Strains : Escherichia coli, Enterobacter sp., P. aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis
- LB broth(+ 0.5% carbohydrates)
- MR-VP broth (/L)
Peptone ------- 7g
Glucose ------- 5g
- Cap tube, Durham tube, Loop, Alcohol ramp, Petri dish, 핀셋, shaking incubator, Micropipette
- Methyl Red : 0.1g의 methyl red를 95% ethanol에 용해 후 200ml D.W.를 첨가한다.
- VP reagent : Absolute alcohol 100mL에 alpha-naphthol 50g을 녹인다.
- Phenol Red
- Barritt's reagents
solution A : 5 g의 α-naphthol을 100mL의 absolute ethanol에 녹인다.
solution B : 40 % KOH
