3. Character of the unit
In this unit, students learn form and meanings of present progressive and students are able to study what present progressive is by comparing simple present to present progressive. Also, students learn the rules of making the present participle to make present progressive. Lastly, students acquire the verbs which can't be used in present progressive and form of the interrogative sentence through the example sentences.

4. Characters of the class
The students are in red group which is the upper level in 7th grade. They already know much about the basic rules. So this class focuses on putting students' language skill to good use.

5. Aims of the lesson
1) Students are able to comprehend and produce the present progressive sentences.
2) Students are able to talk over the telephone.

6. Specific aims
1) Terminal aims
- Students will understand when we use the present progressive in real world
- Students will acquire the rule of the present progressive naturally without grammatical explanation
