The influence of Samsung became large enough to be called the Republic of Korea “Republic of Samsung”. We can realize that Samsung is superior to national brands of Korea, seeing the products of Samsung anywhere in the world. However, Samsung has many dark sides of system that ordinary people don`t know. Now, Samsung shouldn’by the reasons: frequent exploitation and early retirement of labor, inhibition the growth of small and medium enterprise and commitment many irregularities.
