Any good business model has to focus on the organizational structure and how human resources are motivated. In a business setting, organizational structure is something that matters a lot towards realization of profits, employee and client satisfaction. Currently, it is notable that majority of managers usually see adoption of new organizational designs as major viable solutions to many problems faced in their companies. That being the case, function, organizational effective and structure are sensitive areas for a business to succeed. According to Walton & Dawson, (2001), the structural decentralization and variability will marginally affect the overall functioning of organizations. In this research paper we will therefore establish how organizational matters for a business or company.
