평신도신학으로서 디아코니아 (Diakonia as lay Theology)

초록

현재 우리의 그리스도교 사회봉사에 대한 신학적 논의는 미약하다. 신학 역시 신학자나 목회자의 점유물이 되었고, 평신도가 다가가기 어렵게 되었다. 그러나 오늘날 평신도 역할은 훨씬 커지고 있다. 디아코니아는 교회의, 특히 평신도의 주요 활동이다. 이에 디아코니아를 신학적으로 정립하려는데 있어서 평신도는 중요한 요소이다.
그러나 이제껏 평신도는 신학에서 큰 주목을 받지 못하였다. 한편 서구신학의 영역에서는 디아코니아 신학을 정립하는데 예수의 제자도나 기독론에 치중하여 설명을 해 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이에 대한 보안으로 성령의 이해를 바탕으로 평신도 신학을 구성해 본다.
본 논문은 독일 개신교 사회운동의 아버지 칭호를 받는 요한 힌리히 비헤른(Johann Hinrich Wichern: 1808-1881)을 시작으로 디아코니아 신학에 대한 분석을 시도한다. 디아코니아는 성령의 종말론적 활동으로서 현재적으로 확증된다. 이것은 억눌리고, 소외되고, 버림받은 이들이 인간다운 삶을 찾는 일에 참여 하게한다. 평신도는 디아코니아 활동을 통해서 이 세상에 하나님 지배, 곧 사랑과 정의실현에 참여한다. 성령의 종말론적 공동체는 사랑과 정의로 실현되어지며 평신도 운동에서 드러나게 된다.

영어초록

Diakonia/Christian social welfare is one of the important concerns at the present time, especially to our Christianity. The debate about the welfare since the 2012 presidential election points out not only the important question from the social political aspect, but also the Christian social welfare. What is it that distinguishes the Christian social welfare from the welfare of public institution?This article approaches the theological debate from the German point of view. Because German theology has deal with this problem for a long time and has many accomplishments for this work, after Germany provided a public welfare program. Yet our welfare system is slightly weak. Moreover the theological debate about the diakonia is weaker. Even though the layman were eliminated from the theological debate until now, from now they lead the church of 21c.
Diakonia of the church is the central field of layman's work. So the theological understanding of diakonia is necessary to establish a theology of laity. Up to this point Euro-American theology focuses on the christological view, however the article builds the diakonik on the pneumatological. The kingdom of God as the eschatological community of the future appears in the current activities. This article defines that it demonstrates as diakonia, namely the layman's activities, which directly involved in eschatological community in the horizon of the kingdom of God.
The nature of diakonia is the wholistic activities for the kingdom of God. This is the participation in the holistic and cosmetic salvation of God. The church as the eschatological community realizes with diakonia the reign of God, agape and justice. Diakonia is the process of restoration of men's destroyed relation and the order of creation with charisma of the Holy Geist. This is regenerated and sanctified by the Holy Geist's power, namely transformed new being and new order. It is that koinonia and diakonia of the grace Christi are enlarged by layman.
