생활무용 참가자의 생활만족에 대한 구조모형 분석 (Analysis of Hypothetical Causal Model on the Satisfaction with Life of Leisure Dance Participants)

초록

이 연구는 생활무용 참가자의 생활만족에 대한 구조 모형을 규명하기 위해 생활무용 참가자를 무선집락표집법을 이용하여 이용된 최종 표본 수는 934명이다. 설문지를 통하여 수집된 자료는 기술분석과 일원변량분석 및 구조방정식모형의 방법을 이용하여 처리되었다. 첫째, 생활무용 참가자의 개인적 특성에따라 생활만족은 성을 제외하고 차이가 있다. 연령에 따른 생활만족은 연령이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단에비해 생활만족이 높다. 가정의 월수입에 따른 생활만족은 월수입이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해 생활만족이 높다. 교육수준에 따른 생활만족은 교육수준이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해 생활만족이 높다.
둘째, 생활만족에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인은 참가동기, 자기관리행동이며 생활만족을 설명하기위한 구조모형은 독립요인으로 참가동기, 매개요인으로서 자기관리행동으로 구성되는 간명모형이다.

영어초록

The population of this study is practical dance 934 participants were finally selected as valid sample after
eliminating inappropriate participants to the analysis.
In order to accomplish the above mentioned goals One-Way ANOVA., Structural Equation Model where
the motives of decision to participate are classified as exogeneous latent variable, and self-management
behavior, psychological well-being and life satisfaction are as endogeneous latent variable.
First, there are differences in the extent of life satisfaction according to individual qualities, except
sexuality. Regarding life satisfaction according to the family's monthly income, the group with higher monthly
income are more satisfied with their life than that with lower monthly income. Regarding life satisfaction
according to the education level, the group with higher level of education are, on average, more satisfied with
their life than that with lower level of education. Regarding life satisfaction according to the occupation, the
group with higher occupation rating are, on average, more satisfied than that with lower occupation rating.
Second, the initial structural model designed to explain life satisfaction of practical dance participants was
inappropriate for the analysis due to some measured factors. The revised structural model is appropriate after
eliminating improper mesured factors from the early structural model.
Third, it is found that causes directly affecting life satisfaction of practical dance participants are the
motives of decision to participate and self-management behavior. However, psychological well-being doesn't
have a direct influence on life satisfaction. In other words, the structural equation model designed to explain
life satisfaction could be cautiously proposed as a brief model consisting of the motives of decision to
participate as an independent cause, and self-management behavior as an intermediary cause.
