초록

문화재의 하나로 봐야 한다는 속성은 간독의 주요 특징이 된다. 20세기 이후 중국 간독의 명명에는 두 가지 경향이 있다. 주로 전래 문헌의 기록 또는 간독에 적힌 글에 의해 명명을 하거나, 간독의 모양 또는 그 기능과 사용 방식에 의해 명명을 한다. 간독의 형태에 대한 연구는 ‘形’뿐만 아니라 이에 관한 제도에도 주의를 기울여야 한다. 秦나라는 문서 작성에 관한 세밀한 제도적 규범이 있으며, 이는 漢나라에 계승되었을 것이다. 前漢 중기 이후에는 간독의 길이에 대한 규범이 형성되었다. 대나무와 나무로 되어 있는 서사 매체를 簡牘이라 부르는 것은 주로 위진, 수, 당나라 사람들의 습관이었다. 종합적 개념인 簡牘은 간독 사용 시대에 있어서 사람들의 간과 독에 대한 명확한 구별이 아니라 후대의 개념이었다. ‘후대’의 후대로서 우리는 ‘후대’의 종합적인 개념을 경계가 명확한 개념으로 사용하는 데 익숙하여 간, 독의 재질과 형태에 관한 연구에 혼란을 초래하게 되었다. 간과 독은 초기에는 주로 재질의 차이였는데 재질에 따라 제작 방법이 다르기 때문에 폭에 있어서도 차이가 생기게 되었다. 秦漢 이후에는 재질 상의 차이가 분명하지 않게 되었다. 後漢 사람들은 점차 재질이 아닌 넓이의 측면에서 이들을 구분했다. 근대 이후, 秦漢 간독의 형태, 제작, 사용, 명명, 그리고 간독의 형태를 토대로 한 관문서 분류와 기층 행정 운영에 관한 많은 연구성과가 공개되었다. 그러나 여전히 관문서 간독의 길이에 관한 규범, 일부 특수 형태의 간독 기능, 사용 방식에 대한 연구가 불충분하고, 전래 문헌에 대한 연구와 분석도 불충분하며, 연구의 파편화, 규칙 및 이론에 관한 탐구가 부족한 등의 문제가 있다.

영어초록

The attribute of cultural relics is the core feature of bamboo slips. Since the 20th century, there have been two trends in the naming of Chinese bamboo slips. First, it is mainly based on the records of handed-down documents or named after itself; Second, pay attention to the shape of bamboo slips as well as the function and use mode behind them. The study on the form of bamboo slips should pay attention not only to the “shape” but also to the “system”. In Qin Dynasty, there was a detailed system and standard in the producting and writing of document bamboo slips, which may was inherited by the Han Dynasty. After the middle of the Western Han Dynasty, the standard about the length of book bamboo slips was formed. Generally calling the bamboo and wooden writing carrier as “Bamboo Slips” was mainly the habit of Wei, Jin, Sui and Tang people. The collective concept of “Bamboo Slips” is not a specific definition of bamboo or wood slips in the era when they were used, but the idea of later generations. As the descendants of “later generations”, we are accustomed to regard the concept of writing carrier collection of “later generations” as a definite concept to use, which leads to the confusion in the study on the material and form of bamboo or wood slips. In the early period of bamboo or wood slips, the main difference is material. However, different materials lead to different ways of production, which also determines the difference in width and narrowness. After the Qin and Han Dynasty, the difference in material tended to fade. The Eastern Han people gradually did not distinguish them from material, but from width and narrowness. Since modern times, there have been fruitful studies on the form, production, use and naming of the Han bamboo slips unearthed from Northwest China, as well as the classification of official documents and the grassroots administrative operation, which are based on the form of bamboo slips. However, there are still some problems remaining, such as insufficient research on the length and width of official document bamboo slips, as well as the function and use mode of some bamboo slips with special forms. Besides, the handed-down documents being used need further discernment and analysis, the research are fragment, and the law refinement and theoretical exploration are deficient.
