인상학적 이미지 분석을 통한 뮤지컬 분장에 관한 연구 − 뮤지컬 <잭팟(Jack Pot)>을 중심으로 − (The Study of the Musical Make up Analysed by Physiognomical Image − Focusing on Musical Jack Pot −)

초록

The purpose of this treatise is, upon the physiognomy of 4 major characters of musical <The Jackpot>, to grasp the characteristics of external image, to analyze them systematically, and through the make-up based upon it, to raise the personality of characters in the musical. Centering around the preceding treatises and literature materials on the physiognomy, musical and stage make-up, I have summarized the theoretical ground, and through the photographs of prior to the make-up of actors and actresses, I have analyzed the physiognomical image. Moreover, I have presented the performance data such as the explanation on the work, synopsis, etc., and analyzed the make-up form through the analysis of the character. Based upon the analysis data of the physiognomical image of main characters such as Yeu Uk-hwan as the role of ‘Hawn’, Kim Go-eun, as ‘Mary’, Kim Yeong-jo as ‘Min’, and Julia Song, as ‘Seolhee’, I have found out the characteristic image of the actors and actresses, and through the make-up for the completion of characters suitable for their roles, I have successfully visualized the character images. I expect that the result of this study, through the effective styling of the actors and actresses who entered the stage, will be utilized in the future as a basic data for the character building and the visualization which can evoke the spectators' sympathy.
