미전도 종족 선교를 위한전문인 선교에 관한 연구: 전문인 선교와 영성 (A Study on Professional Mission for The Unreached People: Professional Mission and Spiritual Growth)

초록

미전도 종족 대부분은 정치적으로 사회주의 체제의 공산권 국가들이나 기독교에 적대적인 회교, 불교, 힌두교 등의 토착종교가 강하게 분포 되어있는창의적 접근 지역에 존재하며, 경제적으로는 극심한 가난과 기아, 질병 등의상황에 처해 있다. 뿐만 아니라 전통적인 선교사(목회자 선교사)의 입국이 거부되고 있는 곳에 생존하고 있다. 이런 지역의 침투를 위해서는 결국 전통적인 선교방식으로는 선교사역이 불가능하고 전문인 선교가 요청된다.
그러나 현재 한국선교는 전문인 선교보다는 전통적인 사역의 형태가 더 많은 실정으로 전문인 선교사는 전체 선교사의 33.5%이다. 이것은 아직도 한국 교회가 전통적인 방식의 선교를 고집하고 있다는 것을 잘 보여준다. 때문에 한국 교회는 현재의 한국선교의 문제를 잘 인식하고 대부분의 미전도 종족들이 살고 있는 창의적 접근 지역에 전문인 선교를 통해서 들어가는 선교사들을 양성하여 파송하는 효율적인 선교사역을 수행해야만 한다.
이것을 위해 한국의 지역교회, 신학교, 선교단체들이 협력하여 전문인 선교사 양성 전략을 반드시 실행함으로 한국선교에 변화가 오게 하고, 한국교회 선교가 이 분야에서 보다 큰 기여를 할 수 있도록 해야만 한다. 그래서 21 세기 한국선교의 미래는 미전도 종족을 향한 하나님 나라 확장에 앞장서 나아가는 전문인 선교사의 역할이 활발해져야 함이 분명하다.
따라서 본 논문은 한국선교의 미전도 종족 선교를 위한 전문인 선교의 활성화를 위하여 첫째로, 전문인 선교에 대한 정의와 영역을 연구하고, 두 번째로는 미전도 종족의 상황과 전문인 선교의 당위성을 논하며, 세 번째로는 효율적인 전문인 선교의 활성화를 위한 한국선교의 협력방안을 제안 한다.

영어초록

Most of the unreached people are present within those areas that have politically hostile environments and societies. They coexist in communist countries or in the midst of Muslim, Buddhism, Hinduism, and other religions, where there is a strong distribution along with a creative approach. Also, these environments are not only economically unstable, but are also suffering from extreme poverty and hunger. Furthermore, spread of severe illnesses and diseases are prevalent. Additionally, they live in a place where they forbid the arrival and entry of the traditional missionary(pastor missionary). Thus, for the penetration of these areas, the traditional missions method is not possible, and a professional missionary is necessary and requested.
However, as the current mission situation in Korea is more situated on the traditional form of ministry, there are more traditional missionaries available.
Of the total number of missionaries, the professional missionaries make up about 33.5%. This shows that the Korean Church has very well been adhering to the traditional method of missions. Due to this fact, the Korean Church is currently well aware of the problems in their missions. Hence, they must now perform effective ministry work to send trained professional missionaries into the areas where the unreached peoples live and approach the people.
For this purpose, the local churches of Korea, seminaries, and other mission groups must cooperate strategically along with professional missionaries.
Together, they must bring a change to the Korean missions through positive strategies. The Church of Korea must make a significant contribution in this field through missions. Thus, it is clear that the future of the 21st century Korea Missions must head towards increasing the role of professional missionaries. These missionaries must step forth to expand the kingdom of God by reaching out to the unreached people.
Because of this reason, the future of the Korean Mission and the activation of the professional missions for the unreached peoples this thesis will study first, the definition and scope of the professional missions; secondly, the status of the condition of the unreached peoples and the necessity of the professional missions; lastly, suggest the strategy of nurturing missionaries for the activation of the professional missions.
