장애인올림픽을 대비한 장애인 육상의 포트폴리오 (Disable Athletic's Portfolio Conditioned to the Paralympics)

초록

The purpose of this study was analyze the characteristics of each event in track and field for paralympic and to suggest the model for portfolio-investment in order to set a priority of investment among Disability athletics in which relevant disables athletes shown high possibility to win a medal in an international track and field competition and reached the level of world top athletes.
In other to achieve the study purpose, the official records of Disability athletics and the frequency of their participation in Paralympic and IPC World championships were analyzed.
Moreover, the detailed events for optional investment promising events were established by using a portfolio compose Korea Disability athletics through the cases of the portfolio-investment.
Based on the Disability athletics events for the first half of true years from 2006 to 2008,
All the achievements such as Gold medals of Athletics in Korea are concentrated on Track events ; especially, they attach much importance to only T53 event.
Moreover, there has been no superficial changes towards the korean team regardless of changes of the time. In case of 2000 Sydney Paralympic Games, Athletics had 43% out of 100% in all medal quotas. Athletics of Korean Team in 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games, on the other hand, is supposed to take 34% of all the medal quotas.
As a result, revitalization of Athletics in korea has been needed since it has the most medal quotas as the primary sports event. For the reason of developments of Athletics in Korea, the athletes must participate actively in the international disable competitions for acquiring advancements and these will be great opportunities towards developments of competitive power for korean teamThinking the different side for Sports Exchanges&Co-operations, participation in a variety of the international disable competitions will make contributions towards promotions and developments of international Exchanges & Co-operations.
