자동차용 고급 플라스틱 내장재의 특허분석으로 살펴본디자인에서의 고급감 가치 분석에 대한 융복합 연구 (The Convergence Study of Luxury Value Analysis in Design by Investigating the Patent Analysis of Premium Plastic Interior Materials for Automobiles)

초록

최근 자동차 산업은 자동운전기술의 발전에 따라 공유 자동차, 자동차공간의 다목적 활용, 및 Door to Door 이동수단 등의 신교통수단의 개발 등으로 다양한 기능 및 디자인의 고급화 개발요구가 증대하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 자동차 산업의 디자인에서의 고급감 가치분석을 실제 적용되는 플라스틱 내장재의 특성에 따라 분석하여 보고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 방대하고 객관적인 특허자료를 기반으로 한 기술동향 분석 및 신규과제 기획 및 대응특허 조사에서 주로 사용되어 왔던 특허분석 기법을 활용하여, 이러한 고급감의 가치분석을 체계적으로 비교 분석하는 새로운 융복합적 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 자동차용 고급 플라스틱 내장재 관련 특허를 개괄적으로 분석하였다. 출원일 기준 최근 5년간(2012~2016) 일본특허청에 출원된 특허를 연도별, 출원인별로 현황과 특성을 기술하였다.
둘째, 자동차용 고급 플라스틱 내장재의 기술동향을 기술하였다. 플라스틱 내장재에 사용된 고분자 종류별적용현황을 조사 분석 하였으며, 자동차 적용부위별로 사용된 현황 및 제조공정 및 가공기술 분류에 따른 기술동향을 서술하였다.
셋째, 조사된 특허의 발명의 효과 분석을 기초로 하여 디자인에서의 고급감의 6가지 주요 목표 가치 분류 기준을 적용하여 고급감 가치분석을 수행하였다. 이러한 고급감 가치분석기준을 활용하여 각 고급감 가치영역에서 사용된 고분자와 가공기술의 적용빈도수를 분석하여 각 고급감 가치영역과 관련 소재기술과의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 결론적으로 최근 5년간의 일본 특허 분석을 기초로 하여 소재별, 적용부위별, 가공기술별 자동차용 고급내장재의 기술동향을 조사하였으며, 이를 기초로 하여 디자인에서의 고급감 가치분석을 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

영어초록

In recent years, automotive industry has been increasingly demanded to develop various functions and designs with high quality by development of new vehicles such as shared vehicles, multi-purpose utilization of automobile spaces, and door-to-door transportation means. In this study, the luxury value in the design of automotive industry would be performed according to the characteristics of plastic interior materials. The purpose of this study is to suggest new convergence methods which can analyze the luxury value systematically comparing and analyzing by using the patent analysis technique which has been mainly used in technology trend analysis, new project planning and the investigation of corresponding patent based on extensive and objective patent data. The results and contents of the study are as follows.
First, we analyzed the patents related to premium plastic interior materials for automobiles. The current status and characteristics of the patents filed with the Japanese Patent Office for the past five years (2012 ~ 2016) by year and applicant are described.
Second, the technology trend of premium plastic interior material for automobiles was described. We have analyzed the application status of various polymers used in plastic interior materials, and described the current status of each application area of ​​automobiles, and the technology trends according to manufacturing process and processing technology classification.
Third, based on the analysis of the effect of invented patent inventories, we applied the six major target value classification criteria of luxury quality in design to perform a luxury value analysis. By using these luxury value analysis standard, we analyzed the application frequency of polymer and processing technology in each luxury major target value categories and investigated the correlation between each luxury value categories and related material technology. In conclusion, based on the analysis of Japanese patents for the last 5 years, we examined the technology trends of premium interior materials for automobiles according to the materials, application areas, and processing techniques. Based on this analysis, a method to analyze the luxury value in design was suggested.
