통합교육을 위한 유아체육프로그램에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식 분석 (The Analysis on the Recognition of Kindergarten Teachers towards the Program of Early Childhood Gymnastics for the Integration Education)

초록

The purpose of this study targeted at 226 kindergarten teachers, working in the Kindergartens, located in Seoul and Gyeongin region in order to analyze the recognition of the field teachers, the operation condition, and the desirable requirements. The results of frequency analysis and chi square of data analysis are as followings：
First, as a result of questioning about the major purpose of the early childhood education, 62.8% of response institutions put the purpose on the development of personality, and 97.3% answered that integration education is needed regardless of necessity of the integration education and the education career of early childhood education institution and teacher. In regard to the desirable method of integration education, the integration of life sphere activity according to the topics were preferred(60.9%). Second, while 96.5% emphasized that integration education of the early childhood Gymnastics is needed in the enforcement of integration education through the early childhood Gymnastics, it appeared that the integration education was not carried out because of the lack of program on the integration education(55.9%), and the lack of teaching material and tools of facility (29.2%) in the real field.
In conclusion, the program development of integrated early childhood Gymnastics, which is applied to the field, the diffusion of education, and the facility expansion is needed for the integration education of early childhood. In addition, the security of specialization of teachers, the education course of systems, connecting the major of early childhood education and early childhood Gymnastics, and the new establishment of curriculum are urgently required.
